Super close to the tower and local area.
Clean, comfortable and friendly reception staff.
Easy access, small selection at breakfast.

Cons:

Excellent value for money close to the Tower.
Pros:

Excellent location 500mtrs from the tower. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and there isn't a lot if street noise. The room didn't have tea and coffee making facilities but the staff asked if we wanted them and promptly supplied a kettle cups and spoons, you will need to bring your own tea/coffee etc but there is a supermarket near by.
If you want quirky, slightly old fashioned, fantastic helpful staff and close to the Tower this is it.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel.

Very disappointing stay..

Cons:

Out dated dark poorly kept hotel. Cheap old carpeting . Badly in need of complete refurbishment.the wiring for lamps was away from the wall wires exposed and dangerous. Bedroom old furniture the bed although comfortable mattress was disappointing. All the paint work badly in need of cleaning and repainting. The bathroom although looked recently retiled was very small amd cramped to get to the shower had to walk side ways to reach it. The canopy on the front was extremely dirty and in need of replacing. The windows and shutters imn poor condition very difficult to open and shut. The wardrobe contai ed only 3 bent plasic hangers hence kept our clothes in suitcaseOverall very disappointed with conditions. Had we stopping any longer than 2 nights would have found some where else to stay.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing. Without doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Cons:

Dirty, worn carpets, very badly decorated (back in the 1950s), the bed was like laying on concrete, the pillows were like telephone books, the bathroom was so small my knees touched the wall when I took a shit.

This place needs to be demolished.

A very nice nostalgic hotel right next to the Tower
Pros:

The location is perfect, very close to the Tower. The breakfast was just right, the room and bathroom very clean. Perfect choice for those who don´t require top luxury and uniform white appartments but rather enjoy some nostalgic flair.

If you can get past the decor and the room and use it as a great base then you will be fine
Pros:

The property was very dated the beds were extremely hard however the staff were very nice the breakfast was lovely much more than I expected the location to the tower was excellent. We asked for a kettle for the room and they accommodate our request we could store our bags on our check out day.
