Pros:

Excellent location v close to Leaning Tower and plenty of restaurants. Clean with a good shower. Efficient air conditioning

Cons:

First staff member was rather uncommunicative but different members became more friendly. Room was a bit cramped with a good but teeny shower and no kettle or water. Biggest problem was the very hard bed which kept us awake!

I would never come back

Almost nothing

Cons:

If staying all day and night at the vicinity of the tower is the goal of the trip, then the location is good. But we also wanted to explore further. Train station is 25/30 min walk from the hotel. Not that nice if outside temp is above 30 C. We also rented a car, and finding a parking near Kinzica is almost impossible. Our room was the worst room I have ever stayed in. Shabby, furniture like collected at the flee market, bathroom awful.
