Nothing really
The Prince Rupert Hotel is located in the centre of Shrewsbury which is very good to be able to walk to things easily .
The staff were warm and welcoming. I had a lovely room , which was clean, spacious and nice sheets . Tea and coffee available if wanted , plus room service if needed.
The breakfast was good value and very nice . You could have other meals there if one chose to as well.
The building has a lot of history associated with it too which you can read about in the information supplied in the room which is interesting.. I had a very pleasant stay for 2 nights.
For me everything was good . There was even a lift for my heavy luggage which not all places I have stayed at.
The room, breakfast and staff were great.
When I arrived the toilet had soiled marks in the pan.
Great location and I would stay there again. The breakfast was a really nice way to ease into the day. The hotel has a quiet elegance and a wonderful staff,
Like almost everywhere in the UK these days, air conditioning is really needed. A fan provided by the staff helped immensely; however, I was still uncomfortable. A stay during cooler weather would be just fine.
The location very good staff very good and helpful
Could of done with a king size bed lol
A very good night. Thank you
