Pros:

Die Lage war prima, nahe Oper und Munch Museum. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig.
Sehr gut hat uns gefallen, dass es rund um die Uhr Wasser, Kaffee und Tee gab. Außerdem gab es ab 15 Uhr Kuchen, bzw. Waffeln.
Wir werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic stay.would highly recommend
Pros:

Location was great. Excellent breakfast and home style cooked dinners were great. Took the stress out of finding places to eat that were much more expensive anyway.

Good hotel; plan ahead for parking.
Pros:

Convenient spot in the city. Clean & comfortable rooms (a bit small, but to be expected in the city). Staff was helpful; great breakfast & good buffet dinner (limited gluten free options for dinner).

Cons:

In short, plan ahead for parking. Would have been nice to know ahead which parking garage to use. We went to the one under the hotel figuring that would be the one with which the hotel has the parking agreement (it’s not & got charged $20 for 20 minutes while we checked in; there’s no courtesy period even if you wait in your car). The hotel reception directed us to a different garage 3 blocks away that was more reasonably priced ($65 for overnight) but for some reason had limited number of walking entries at the door (like if you forgot your purse, you could only walk back in 2 times & after that the person-door wouldn’t let you in (you could walk around to the car ramp entrance).

Även om rummet är städat och klart tar hotellet extra betalt för att låta gästen få tillgång till rummet före kl. 15.00. Det har jag aldrig varit med om tidigare. Det är dåligt kundbemötande och drar ner mitt betyg rejält.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, was vor allem an der absoluten Spitzenlage des Hotels lag. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Highlight war das Essen: Die Küche ist zwar speziell und außergewöhnlich, geschmacklich aber wirklich hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great value, perfect situation.
Pros:

The situation was perfect for the waterside and the railway station as we only had a day in Oslo. Suited us perfectly. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had all that we needed. The breakfast was amazing, thank you.

Bufet del desayuno y cena excelentes, habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Buenos detalles como el café 24h y los dulces de la tarde. Ubicación perfecta a 5 minutos de la estación central y la opera.

Cons:

Climatizacion de las habitaciones que deja mucho que desear, muchísimo calor y no se podían abrir apenas las ventanas que, además, daban a un patio interior.Se echa de manos un minibar.

Staff very helpful and got us an early check in. Much appreciated.

Cons:

Entryway into bathroom had a step up which us Americans are not used to. Tripped a few times! I hope future guests don't fall and get hurt.

Evening meal but very limited menu. Had to eat out one evening as Mexican on menu and no other option. Also no desserts

Good map of Oslo free.

Cons:

No handles on mugs. Difficult with hot drinks.
Couple of steps difficult with cases.

Needs air conditioning.

Superb place to stay in Oslo
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, an easy walk from the train station and to the centre of Oslo.
Exceptionally comfortable beds, large bathroom, which was all spotlessly clean.
Breakfast and dinner were delicious and fresh, lovely inviting lounge area.
Coffee available in the lobby with afternoon tea - a lovely touch

Cons:

Construction is happening across from the hotel. This did not interfere with our stay.
There is space for a fridge in the room, however one is not provided.
