Nice location and hotel. Staff needs more training in customer service and manners.
Pros:

Nice location, comfortable room, clean bathroom

Cons:

Staff is way too rude. A simple “hello, how can I help you?” could take you a long way. Instead, they would see me standing there trying to get their attention and I would get completely ignored. Remember you are not doing me a favor, you are working and I paid for your assistance.

la atencion del personal en recepcion fue PESIMA, la primera tarde se fue la luz en el hotel y se daño el aire acondicionado de nuestro cuarto y no pudieron solucionar, me dijeron que si no me gustaba me vaya a otro hotel, PESIMO el servicio en recepcion me contestaron de forma muy grosera
