Une très belle adresse
Pros:

Bien que situé à Magaluf,(extrémité ouest) , cet hôtel propose une prestation dans tout domaine de grande qualité

Incroyable séjour
Pros:

Une vue magnifique que ce soit depuis la chambre, depuis la piscine ou bien du restaurant. Les petits déjeuner étaient copieux et diversifiés. De même pour le cocktail de 17h proposé chaque soir qui extrait divers et varié. Nous avons sincèrement apprécié notre séjour et nous reviendrons.

Cons:

Petit bémol pour la douche, la température de l’eau n’est pas stable. C’est assez dérangeant de passer d’une température chaude à froide et inversement.

Aussi, je trouve ça fortement dommage qu’il n’y ai pas des tarifs préférentiels au restaurant de l’hôtel ou bien au spa, pour les clients en chambre The Level.

Par ailleurs, nous avons trouvé ça dommage que le Hammam ne soit pas mixte et que donc femmes et hommes soient séparés.

The food in the restaurants was first class. Location was excellent. Staff were excellent.
Pros:

Breakfast had lots of hot and cold options. Eggs made to order. Staff are lovely.

Cons:

The indoor pool area. It was raining whilst we were there and so the indoor pool became a fairly important space. Needs more seating. We could see that there wan't much more room for the beds, but lots of room for tables and chairs. People were sitting on the floor.

Excelente hotel para familias y vacaciones en Mallorca
Pros:

Nos encantó la experiencia en el hotel. Las instalaciones son increíbles, muy limpias y cómodas. El personal siempre fue muy amable y preocupado por cada detalle, haciéndonos sentir muy bien durante toda la estadía. Además, es un hotel ideal para ir con niños, ya que tiene espacios muy cómodos y un ambiente familiar. La vista es espectacular y el entorno natural alrededor del hotel hace que la experiencia sea aún más relajante y especial. La ubicación también es excelente.

Cons:

Como punto de mejora, el servicio de room service tenía muy poca variedad y además no funciona las 24 horas. También nos llamó la atención que en la cena incluida de media pensión cobraran el agua aparte.
