Uitzicht

Cons:

Behoorlijk vergane glorie, het vreselijke handdoekje leggen, balkon stoelen die vreselijk zitten, airco kan je niet regelen, gehorig op de gang echoput, veel te veel mensen op klein gebied, alles vol, je kan niet eens een plekje vinden, in hoogseizoen is een restaurant op maandag en dinsdag dicht.

Experience was extremely disappointing
Cons:

We were allocated a room on the 9th floor while travelling with our 5-year-old daughter. We were constantly worried about her safety because of the balcony.
Our room overlooked the rubbish collection area and drainage system. There was a very unpleasant smell throughout our stay.
The breakfast included in our booking was of very poor quality. We also tried lunch and dinner, but despite paying for access to the restaurant, the food selection and quality were so poor that both our children remained hungry.
On our second evening, there was a power outage. We had to walk up to the 9th floor with our young daughter because the lifts were not working.
There was no air conditioning that evening, making the room extremely uncomfortable.
There was also no water that evening and this problem continued the following day.
There were far too few sunbeds for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Every day we had no choice but to place our towels on the concrete edge because no sunbeds were available.

Pros:

-Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité.
-Les piscines sont propres, bien entretenues et agréables.

Cons:

-Nous avons subi deux coupures d'électricité pendant notre séjour, à des moments particulièrement contraignants. À chaque fois, les ascenseurs étaient hors service et il n'y avait plus d'eau, rendant impossible de prendre une douche. Étant logés au 9ᵉ étage avec un bébé, devoir monter et descendre les escaliers en portant nos affaires a été particulièrement éprouvant. Malgré ces désagréments importants, aucun geste commercial ni aucune attention particulière ne nous ont été proposés par l'hôtel, ce qui est très décevant.
-La plage située à proximité de l'hôtel n'est pas l'une des plus agréables de Majorque.
-Les transats sur la plage sont payants.
-Les temps d'attente pour les ascenseurs sont parfois assez longs.
-L'isolation phonique des chambres pourrait être améliorée : les bruits provenant du couloir sont très audibles.
