Didn't use the beach much but love the hotel the food was great the room was very comfortable the location was great very convenient for traveling on the local bus and the staff were very very good

A reggeli és a vacsora minőségi volt svédasztal választékkal, de nem ételgyár minőséggel. A központi étteremből mesés látvány van az öbölre, napfelkeltekor és este különösen.A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló, közvetlenül a tengerparton található. A recepción kedves kolléganők segítették a felmerült kéréseink megoldását. A szoba tisztaságára sem volt panaszunk,a takarító hölgyek mind kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. A szállodának sok medencéje van , aminek a tisztaságára mindig ügyeltek. Nagyon pozitív hogy közvetlenül a szobából kilépve a lifttel a legalsó szint, közvetlenül a spa, belső külső medencetérre és közvetlenül a tengerpart szintre visz le. Strandolás után nem a recepción keresztül áthaladva kell feljutnunk a szobákig. Kedves Guest Experience team, Macarena, GHEORGHY nagyon köszönjük a személyes figyelmességet ! Mihamarabb visszatérünk!

Great hotel and location, but disappointing due to the staff’s poor attitude and lack of helpfulness
Pros:

I initially gave this hotel a good rating because the hotel itself is lovely. I particularly enjoyed the location, pool area, beach access and overall atmosphere. The pool and lounge area are beautiful and create a real feeling of escape from the busy tourist areas. The hotel is comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. However, these positives can be found elsewhere on the island, which is beautiful, and there are certainly other hotels where the staff are much more helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Unfortunately, after initially reviewing the hotel, I stayed for a further two nights and my experience with the staff completely changed my opinion.

The biggest issue was a €6 difference in the dinner price. I was told that the reduced dinner price was only available if you committed to purchasing dinner for your entire stay on the first day. This policy gives guests absolutely no flexibility to explore other restaurants during their holiday without losing the reduced rate. I was not made sufficiently aware of this when checking in, and when I later wanted to have dinner at the hotel, I was charged the full price.

What made the situation particularly disappointing was the way it was handled by the staff. The receptionist called the manager to discuss it, and they spoke to each other in Spanish in front of me, so I could not understand what was being said. The attitude felt extremely rude and dismissive, and the manager was no more helpful.

I was particularly disappointed because I had checked in as part of a group, yet on this occasion I was made to feel like an outsider rather than a valued guest.

It is honestly frustrating that €6 was allowed to completely overshadow what could otherwise have been a lovely stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, but customer service is such an important part of the experience, and unfortunately the attitude of some of the staff left a very negative experience.

I would have happily returned for the hotel, pool, beach access and atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience with the staff has left me such a negative impression that I’m now not sure I would choose to stay here again or recommend it to others.
