Comfy but missing good holiday atmosphere we wanted
Pros:

Lovely rooms, slept well and the pool was great.

Cons:

All of the staff felt quite unhappy, particularly at the restaurant. We never saw smiles and nobody gave us that fun, happy holiday vibe we usually get in othe hotels. The reception staff were an exception to this. The housekeeping was also poor - rooms barely cleaned and never hoovered. Location is OK, we'd probably stay closer to the port for nicer restaurants in the future.

Pros:

We booked the Loft on the 5th floor with view on the pool and the sea. A massively large room with a large balcony, tv, coffee corner/kitchenette, sofa, clothing rack. It was a very comfortable room and the whole hotel was decorated hip and trendy with live music every evening. The pool was nice and there was a food truck next to the pool to order smalle dished and drinks. So I would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

The hotel is located close to the main road to Puerto de Alcudia and Alcudia old town and this is not the nicest area. It has lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all on walking distance, but not places where I would go. It looked a bit cheap and too massive. With less then 10 min driving you are in the harbour of Alcudia which is very nice. Alcudia itself is also worth visiting, but it is a bit spoiled by mass tourism. We found it a bit hard to find a restaurant of our liking as most restaurants have these bright construction lamps outside and I do not like sitting under such lamps😆. There is nothing I did not like about the hotel, maybe the massive amount of people in the warm breakfast area. The BF itself was amazing.

Perfecto - a sensational experience from start to finish
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and so much variety. Such fun, lovely and helpful staff.

The hand/body and hairwash bottles were topped up with water rather than replaced.

Excelente estadía
Pros:

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super modern. Der Fitnessbereich ist außergewöhnlich gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Von frisch zubereitetem Rührei über Müsli, welches man sich selbst zusammenstellen kann. Den Pool habe ich nicht genutzt, aber er sah wirklich klasse aus. Man hat Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Einen Parkplatz habe ich auch immer in den Nebenstraßen gefunden. Besonders empfehlen kann ich den leckeren Eiskaffee an der Bar :)

Cons:

Kleiner Minuspunkt war der Balkon, etwas altbacken und der Meerblick war minimal. Ich hatte in der letzten Nacht leider unter mir ein britisches Pärchen, das in der Nacht völlig betrunken ins Zimmer kam, sich lautstark stritt (bei geöffnetem Fenster), die Zigaretten in den Innenhof schmiss, Möbel verrückte bis 03:00 Uhr kotzte. Solche Gäste sollten sofort rausgeschmissen werden. Ich rief die Rezeption an, dennoch ließ sich das Paar nicht beeindrucken. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Un quiero y no puedo
Pros:

La piscina, la decoración del holm y el personal de cocina y bar.

Un puntazo dar las toallas para la playa. Y el servicio de limpieza muy simpático.

Cons:

La habitación aunque está bien, es vieja, con bichos y la ducha muy muy pequeña sin luz natural y poca luz artificial.

Muy estrecho todo hay que estar a tipo para ese baño.
El buffet está bien de variedad aunque le falta un poco de calidad a los alimentos.

Good, but Not spotless
Pros:

Awesome place, position and overall service. Staff is generally friendly and supportive. Room is clean and cozy, breakfast a plus, with many international options, from fresh fruits to vegetables and sweets.

Cons:

Standard Dinner at the hotel was a bit annoying: food is quite ordinary, beverage cost overpriced, but what is really unfit for the hotel category is the smoke coming from the open air kitchen: after 1 hour eating, you literally come out smelling smoked grill. No bueno. The other restaurant option - mascalzone- is not included, pricey but good.

Pros:

Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are lovely, very clean, fresh towels and beach towels every day. Fridge topped up with water, juices and beer daily, nice gym.

Cons:

Pool is very busy with alot of children, so it's noisy. But the beach is walking distance
