The cleanliness, the noise from people playing music until dawn, I rented for 5 and only 3 fit and only 2 towels

Rooms were fine however had issues at check in, staff often were unprofessional having conversations about other guest in front of us checking in. Breakfast also not worth while went down once an hour before breakfast had ended to not hot food left.

Couldn’t understand the staffs accent and it was a bad area. There was people fighting outside yelling and screaming didn’t feel safe walking up to the hotel unarmed.

Lack of communication with the staff. When we reported that the toilet was not working in our room, they did give us a key to the room next door but did not offer to help us move our belongings .

The next morning the elevator was not working.
No general message was sent to let us know.
We prepared to leave at 7am for our 8am appointment. We had to contact the front desk after waiting a long time.
We were then told that the elevator was not working.

My husband and I both have mobility issues and we were on the 8th floor.
We were told to call the ambulance if we wanted to get to our appointment on time.

We went back to our room. A few minutes later
the EMTs did show up. I suppose ready to carry us downstairs. I told them we would wait for the elevator.

We managed to change our appointment to a later time that day.

We had to call the front desk to verify the elevator was working. Again no general message was sent.

When we did get downstairs we were told to hand in our keys. I was too frustrated at that time to ask for compensation for what happened.
The desk attendant did not apologize for the elevator not working or for our inconvenience.

I would like to ask that now.

We requested a refund. We did not stay the night. We originally got our keys. When opening the door to the room, we noticed luggage, I continued to open the door to a random guy on the toilet. We closed the door and asked for a new room. I previously paid for an upgrade. We ended up getting downgraded AND the room was not clean. My girlfriend did not feel safe staying there so instead of staying we decided to go to the wedding we were attending and then driving 2 1/2 hours home. We would like to talk to someone about getting our money back.

I didn’t like the room at all. It was missing furniture, and the couch was old and dirty. The TV did not work, and the floors were visibly dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The lamps were also dirty and stained, and they did not work. The window shade had holes in it as well.

There was also excessive noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest. During the day, there was ongoing construction around midday, adding even more noise and disruption. Overall, the condition of the room and the constant noise made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing.

The bathroom was outdated, the air conditioner didn't work, there was hair in the sheets, the tv didn't work, and a street race going on outside the hotel. There were hundreds of cars and motorcycles outside playing very loud music, fire crackers, and revving engines until 4am. When we called the front desk, the associate was not helpful at all and said there was nothing they could do and didn't offer up any solutions to rectify the situation. The manager also said she did not care that we were upset and preceded to talk about us in Spanish.

Bathtub looked dirty. Tv did not work. Next to people who were loud. Car stolen from parking lot

I would like for it to have a pool at least put it was good

Los drenajes se iban muy lenta el agua tanto del baño como del lavamanos. Está muy próximo a la avenida y nos tocó mucho escándalo con carros motocicletas que al parecer eran corredores y aceleraban.
