You needed a key card to have access to the elevator.
I told them my tv didn't work for the whole stay and no one fix it .
Employee at front desk was extremely rude. He took a picture of my license and credit card. Why did he do this? He didn't answer the question. He also wasn't wearing a name badge. I wanted to know his first and last name. When I asked him for his name, he told me it was "John Smith." Which I didn't believe because he was Indian/Bangladeshi and had a heavy accent. Also, hotel employees were at breakfast bar helping themselves to the breakfast. It was very unprofessional when an employee screams across the dining room during breakfast. Each employee should know that the guests are paying for their salaries, and they should wait until after breakfast to gorge themselves,. It was sickening to see. Mold in the bath tub around tiles. Elevator was not working in the morning.
I will NEVER use booking.com again! It was very disappointing to see that a hotel like this one is allowed to operate. Also, right outside the hotel was a cannabis store. (a mega one). We were traveling with our children and this sight was not welcomed.
Location
My room smelled heavily of long term cigarette use. Chair was disgusting. Whole room needed a deep cleaning
I
Linens and sheets were clean and fresh
Nothing. Elevators did not work. I was on the 5th floor. Bathroom was not in good condition. Caulking was a mess. Mold was present. TV remote did not work. Desk chair is borderline usable. I actually fell out of the chair when leaning back to grab something to write on. Staff was not particularly interested in guests concerns. Bad experience. If all LaQuinta Hotels are like this one then I have seen my last one.
Check in/out was easy.
Ghetto.
Overall, fine
No refrigerator in the room .....? It would have been nice to have one -
It's a great location for an overnight stay, assuming the hotel is nice, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
The staff aren't very welcoming, and it appears they dislike their jobs, particularly the 2 people I dealt with at the front desk. I caught them making faces when I requested for help, making me feel like a burden.
Convenient,
The front desk there is no privacy, the position of the desk is not good , it shouldn’t be so low, didn’t even realize the guy work there, he was very unkept looking, because the coffee is right there I notice people walking in helping themselves, and the food is back behind the wall no control and anyone can take or tamper with it.i saw a man came and took a bunch of the patties and eggs as soon as the lady refilled, he was not a hotel guest.
Rooms were nice and clean
No bag storage after a long flight, elevator out of order, check in clerk very unfriendly, staff could not speak English
The hotel was dirty, and sometimes beds were not even made during the day or even replace toilet paper. Breakfast took too long to be replaced once it was done. One elevator was broken and took over two days to be repaired, even when the hotel was fully booked. Personnel were not friendly and were not willing to help.
Nothing,
The room was disgustingly dirty, the smoke detector beeped all night and the staff did not address it. I have contacted the manager but have not received any resolution. This was an overpriced horrible experience.
