Kind staff in a handy location
Pros:

The staff are very kind and accommodating, they allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. The location is handy.

Cons:

The rooms could do with a deep clean, the carpets are stained. The bathrooms need upgrading especially the shower stalls.

Pros:

Wonderful staff, excellent service. Spotlessly clean, top quality boutique hotel, great value for money. Safe location with direct access to large shopping mall and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

A few fittings showing their age, but well maintained. No gym in the hotel but they give you access to one in the next door mall and another at their group hotel Southern Sun, 5 minutes walk away

Pros:

Localização perfeita!! O melhor shopping da cidade é vizinho ao hotel! Restaurantes e cafés. Mas não posso deixar de falar da decoração do hotel: maravilhosa!!

Great location, short term F&B fixes required and longer term upgrades justifying the rates charged.
Pros:

The location is great, close to Rosebank Mall and restaurants

Cons:

This was my second stay in roughly 6 months. I was thrilled the first time round. Now, I can see some of the down sides too. Mainly the state of the bathroom and in particular the tiny shower, a nuisance and high time for an upgrade of some kind. This isn't the kind of experience one expects for the rate charged.
Equally the ala carte BF experience was just not up to the mark this time and the coffee after several attempts remained poor. Come on 54 on Bath, I know you can do much better!
