The location is excellent, with a lovely beach just a short walk from the hotel. The reception staff, especially Beatrice, and the night manager were kind, professional and did their best to help us when we reported the issues. We appreciated their understanding and willingness to assist.
Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by repeated cleanliness and maintenance issues.
When we got ready for bed on our first night, we discovered blood-stained bedding on two different beds, along with stains on the headboard. We were moved to another room by the night manager, but that room also had cleanliness issues, including a stained pillowcase, mould in the bathroom, dirty shower grout and hair on the soap dispenser.
The following morning, the original room was cleaned while we were at breakfast. However, when we returned, one of the replacement bed sheets was also stained and had to be changed again.
On our second night, heavy rain caused water to leak through the window into our room, and we had to use towels to stop the water spreading across the floor.
For a hotel where our original two-night stay cost over €530, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Although the hotel reduced our bill after we raised our concerns, we did not feel this reflected the number and seriousness of the issues we experienced.
The building itself is also quite dated and would benefit from significant modernisation and refurbishment.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location. Lots of space, plenty beds around the pool. Access to private area in beach. Great choice for breakfast. Very central location in the town.

Überteuerte Preise an der Pool-bzw. Hotelbar. Nur konserviertes Obst für Joghurt. Es gab natürlich auch zwei Sorten von frischen Obst - Pflaumen und Pfirsiche täglich.
L’albergo è posizionato bene, tutto lo staff molto gentili .
Non c’era il servizio in camera. Per l’unica volta che volevamo la cena , ma in cambio c’è un ristorante sulla spiaggia che si può accedere dall’area piscina dell’albergo .
