It was really a good stay felt relaxed and welcoming
Pros:

Location was easy to access staff were very helpful and especially breakfast staff were really kind and helpful

only disturbance was some noise in the middle of night

Fantastisch en brandschoon hotel
Pros:

Grote brandschone kamer met heerlijke bedden, koffie en thee, lekkere douche en prima ontbijt. Het personeel was fantastisch en zeer behulpzaam.

Cons:

Helemaal niets. We waren eigenlijk verbaasd hoe goed het was. Ook de locatie was heerlijk rustig om te slapen. Aan de overkant het prachtige River Park. Wij komen zeker terug en zullen het anderen aanraden.

Basic budget hotel
Pros:

No lift, no laundry, and no phone in our room. Bedding was comfortable. Room was average. Staffs were accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was also average.

Lovely stay
Pros:

After reading the reviews I was a bit wary however I found it a really enjoyable stay. We had the king size bedroom and the bed was so comfortable, room was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was good, sausages maybe wasn’t to my liking but plenty of choice so can’t complain. All freshly cooked and hot. The receptionist at check in was lovely, breakfast staff spoke to my husband when he was up getting something and again very friendly. Check out again was friendly and professional. Full marks to all the staff makes such a difference and appreciate the effort they make. ( we never saw the cleaner but full marks to them as well as room was very clean and fresh). Would not hesitate to come again and are hoping to return towards Autumn.

Useful place to stay, not too far from Edinburgh.
Pros:

The friendly check in staff who were very helpful.

Cons:

The decor is a little faded.
One of the seats at the table we used was broken and had not been repaired or replaced.
