Séjour professionnel
Pros:

Emplacement idéal par rapport à l'endroit où je me suis rendu sur 2 jours. Hôtel climatisé, parking spacieux, proche d'une zone avec différents restaurants, calme car en retrait des axes principaux de circulation. Hall d'accueil agréable et personnel plutôt accueillant.

Cons:

Prix élevés à mon sens, salle de bain et toilettes dans une sorte d'environnement plastique (cellule prè formée). Le petit déjeuner est correct mais le chocolat chaud n'est pas bon, salade de fruits moyenne. Pas d'œufs brouillés. Taille de l'écran de la TV dans la suite petite par rapport à la superficie. Les oreillers manquent de confort pout moi. J'ai voulu réserver par téléphone mais mon interlocuteur n'a rien fait pour m'aider.

Pros:

La réactivité de l'hôtel et le geste fait pour compenser un désagrément dans la chambre, mais surtout le petit mot de l'équipe pour s'excuser de la situation.

Cons:

Des toilettes qui sentent l'urine à notre arrivée, le drap qui est déchiré car usé et les moutons de poussière sous le lit.

Une nuit proche de l'aéroport dans un hôtel très accueillant et confortable
Pros:

- le choix initial de cet hôtel était la proximité de l’aéroport de Lille Lesquin avec un vol à 6h30 du matin nécessitant un enregistrement avant 5h du matin.
- L’extrême gentillesse du personnel avec la dame de l’accueil a l’arrivée autour de 17h et avec le veilleur de nuit qui était réveillé à mon départ à 4h45 du matin. Mohamed a préparé un petit déjeuner avec un café et viennoiserie, compote, jus de fruit, biscuit à emporter à l’aéroport.
- la chambre spacieuse, déco moderne, avec une literie très confortable. La salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Les WC dans une pièce séparée. La télé sur un meuble à roulette.
