Nelíbil se mi opravdu přístup barmana, který byl opravdu otravný během rozhovoru, do kterého ani neměl popravdě přistoupit, nutil nám pití. Stejně tak se mi nelíbil postoj nejspíše vyhazovače z večera, který mluvil česko-ukrajinsky, přišel jsem do zázemí hotelu, rozhlížím se, protože opravdu bylo na co koukat, moc pěkný prostor. Celkem hrubě ke mě přišel tenhle pán a spustil, co tady hledám, byl jsem celkem zaskočen, jelikož jsem nečekal takový příštup, neřeknu kdybych byl ožralecký idiot, co by dělal problém.

A lovely hotel. It deserves more helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was ideal for us. We attended a concert, and the venue was within walking distance. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable beds. I liked the pool table.

Cons:

The staff were mixed. They were not particularly friendly. One of the servers was nice to us, but the other staff members were average. And no minibar.

Great stay, will go back next year!
Pros:

It was clean and spacious, the hotel responded to my messages before arrival and provided a fridge for medication. The location was great and close to Forum Karlin where I was attending a course. Cleaners came in to make beds and clean bathroom, provided clean towels.

Cons:

I couldn't have coffee at the bar in the morning unless I was having breakfast, although it wasn't an issue as there are many coffee shops around.
The room was still warm even with the AC turned up all the way, but still okay.
