Breakfast was good
The receptionist are clearly not enjoying their job. Had to ask most of the things myself during the check-in. Checked out seemed like the most complicated, and asking to send the invoice by mail I still did not receive it...
ubicacion excelente , cama y desayuno muy bien tambien
todo bien
Стаите са чисти, локацията е страхотна и персонала е любезен.
On the second day of my stay at your hotel, I found a woman's bracelet under my bed sheet that did not belong to my wife and a pair of shoes in the hallway of the room that also did not belong to us. (Perhaps the room was used by someone else?) Because the explanations given to us by the housekeeper were not satisfactory, I asked them to give me a written explanation, which of course was not done because the housekeeper who was responsible was on leave. I told them to contact her, but they still did not satisfy me. In general, I encountered an indifferent attitude from the hotel staff.
Also, while the photos show a coffee maker in the room, there wasn't one and I wasn't given any answer when I asked for one.
Lage perfekt, nicht gefrühstückt, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, praktisches Parkhaus
nix
Super Lage, vernünftiges „typisches“ Ibis Hotel. Super für einen Kurztrip!
Ziemlich laut, aber das ist der Lage geschuldet. Weiß man also vorher. Aufgrund des heißen Wetters, konnte man nur mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen. Für Freunde von Klimaanlagen aber sicher kein Problem.
I like that the staff was friendly and helpful and they seem generally relaxed. The worst thing ever is when the staff is rude to customers (which happens a lot) and they ruin your experience. So the fact that their customer seems was good is definitely a big plus and an advantage over the competition I guess. Now I’m thinking I’ll probably stay here again the next time I come to Berlin instead of risking a new hotel that might have staff that annoys me.
I also loved that it was next to the gas station which is open 24/7 so I could always buy things if I needed something
It wasn’t very well equipped, in the bathroom there was only 1 liquid soap that was multi functional like for hair also, no conditioner or separate products for each purpose. The 3 in 1 isn’t good, other hotels gove soap, shampoo, conditioner. Also there wasn’t a steamer or iron to iron my clothes. The stuff on TV was in German, no subtitles or dubbing, which I found extremely weird since hotels are mostly for tourists and everywhere else I went they had channels in different languages.
The room was also too small for 2 people.
And the cleaning could be better, there was a lot of dust on the window sill and window frames in general, I’m allergic to dust so that was a little annoying
