Расположение в самом центре Берлина. Чистота, комфортная кровать. Цена около 55€ за ночь приемлимая

Cons:

В номере нет сейфа и элементарно чайника с чаем и кофе. Система вентиляции слабо работает

Pros:

La ubicación. Muy cerca del tranvía y de Alexander Platz. El servicio de limpieza venía todos los días, cosa que se agradece.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funciona muy bien y las almohadas eran muy bajas. Esto último se solucionó sin problema al darnos otras :)

Worst experience in a hotel in my life as traveler
Pros:

The reception staff were always very friendly and keen to find solutions. If you’re a tourist, the location isn’t bad. It offers good access to Berlin’s public transport network and is within walking distance of some of the places most popular with Berliners.

Cons:

We booked a weekend at the hotel to spend with my wife and my dog, as very high temperatures were forecast in Berlin and we wanted to be somewhere with air conditioning. I even paid for an upgrade to make sure we’d be comfortable. Well, in the room we were given, the air conditioning wasn’t working; instead, they gave us a fan (all dirty by the way-see picture). After complaining, they moved us to a lower-category room (the one we’d originally booked before the upgrade), where we were told the air conditioning was working – and it was, at least until 5 am. When I went down to reception again at 8 am to complain, I found out that the air conditioning throughout the whole hotel wasn’t working. So I asked to cancel our remaining night’s stay and be refunded. The refund took nearly two weeks, and to this day, both Booking and the hotel are refusing to refund the cost of the upgrade. As a side note, they do accept pets, but the hotel isn’t pet-friendly. They don’t even provide a bowl for your pet’s water. Terrible hotel.
