Väl städat, bra tv kanaler, bra och nära parkerings garage.

Cons:

Vi (kompis gäng på 5 st) blev väldigt irriterande på den unga killen i receptionen. Han var väldigt otrevlig inte bara mot oss. Annars bra och trevlig personal.

Beliggenhed og at vi har boet på hotellet mange gange. Ikke langt fra håndboldhallen.

Cons:

Der var ikke varmt vand i 3 dage! Fik dog parkering i rabat.
Synes generelt at morgenmad er for dyr.

Cons:

O hotel ficou sem água quente durante os três dias que estivemos nesse apartamento. Precisamos tomar banho em água super fria. Pedimos para cancelar nossa estadia e devolver o dinheiro para mudarmos de hotel e não fomos atendidos. Tentei entrar em contato com o Booking sem sucesso. Um recepcionista ofereceu um café da manhã como recompensa, porém não foi o bastante. Foi decepcionante!!

Die Frau an der Rezeption war bei Anreise unfreundlich. Familienzimmer war trotz Buchung nicht gemacht. Schlafsofa sehr unbequem und hart. Kein schönes Zimmer,in die Jahre gekommen, den Preis ganz und gar nicht Wert. Krönung: während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes (Wochenende) gab es kein warmes Wasser.

Functional Hotel Ruined by Parking Confusion and No Hot Water
Pros:

Despite its compact size, the room was very functional and perfectly liveable. The bed was sturdy and comfortable with fitted sheets that did not slide off, the bathroom was well designed, and the rest of the space was laid out cleverly. Plus, there was a fantastic view from the window right over the skyscrapers and the spectacular TV tower. The hotel bar was also very nice, styled nicely in line with the rest of the property.

Cons:

Aside from a few small details like the lack of a softer bathroom light, which was way too bright and harsh at night, and missing trash bags in the bins, two things were particularly frustrating. First, having to drive around in circles multiple times just to find the entrance to the parking garage. There is no sign outside, and we only managed to find it after running inside to ask the reception team for instructions. Luckily, there is plenty of space inside. Finally, the biggest pain point, which I saved for last since management was at least kind enough to offer a small compensation: there was no hot water in the entire building for two whole days, making any attempt to take a shower really unpleasant. I definitely would have rated the smart, compact design of this hotel highly, but such a major issue as having no hot water just cannot be overlooked.

Top Lage zwischen Alexanderplatz und Prenzlauer Berg
Pros:

Einfaches Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Kleine, praktische Zimmer. Einfacher und schneller Check-in. Hoteleigene Tiefgarage.

Warmwasser ist leider ausgefallen. Als aktives Entgegenkommen war das Parken kostenfrei.

Frühstück sehr gut, schöner Ausblick Richtung Fernsehturm und großer Frühstücksraum.
