Memorable stay
Pros:

We booked for 3 nights for 3 rooms plus 1 xtra night for 1 room. Our rooms was upgraded to more spacious rooms and we were given complimentary breakfast due to the hot water issue. The breakfast were excellent. It was a very warmly gesture from the management to make our stay comfortable.

Cons:

There was no way to bring big luggage up to the lobby except the stairs and the elevator is too small for a big hotel.

Small room but comfortable and good location
Pros:

Location was good. Clean and comfortable room. Staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

Quite small room with not much space around the bed. Controls for lights were different on either side of the bed which would be fine if there were 2 people but not great when there was just 1. Lift on one side of building was out of order.

It was an ideal location and a nice surprise upon arrival, as I was celebrating my 80th birthday.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, accessible room was ideal for us as my husband has mobility problems. Unfortunately the seat and handle in the shower was not usable, but we told a member of staff who was going to get it sorted!

Nothing really!
