Pros:

Maintenance was taking
place in the room next to me when I arrived and I had to phone reception to ask them to stop the banging in the next room. This did stop but as I had requested a quiet room it was very disappointing that I had to deal with this

Cons:

Room ok but for the price very small.

Great place to stay for Tate Modern, Borough Market and South Bank.
Pros:

One of our party uses a wheelchair- the staff were so considerate and the hotel’s health and safety protocols were spot on.
Breakfast very good value. Staff were great. Spotlessly clean.

Cons:

The wheelchair access to the hotel wasn’t great - you had to go round to the rear of the hotel. Wheelchair access was great when you were in!

Nicer than your average hotel!
Pros:

This is quite a luxurious hotel, nicer than your average hotel, with luxury spacious bathroom, fluffy towels etc. breakfast is excellent and the staff are super helpful. Location is nice and quiet, not much about, but a short walk to restaurants etc on the south bank.

Outstanding Hotel & Amazing Service from Sabina
Pros:

Regularly stay at this hotel whenever I am in London. Great location and property is modern with great service.

In particular Sabina from the front desk is a great Mercure Brand Ambassador and went out of her way to help with our booking.

Sabina went the extra mile with a great customer focus very cheerful and professional.
