Small room but comfortable and good location
Pros:

Location was good. Clean and comfortable room. Staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

Quite small room with not much space around the bed. Controls for lights were different on either side of the bed which would be fine if there were 2 people but not great when there was just 1. Lift on one side of building was out of order.

It was an ideal location and a nice surprise upon arrival, as I was celebrating my 80th birthday.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, accessible room was ideal for us as my husband has mobility problems. Unfortunately the seat and handle in the shower was not usable, but we told a member of staff who was going to get it sorted!

Pros:

Reception, bar & Bistro staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great for us, walking distance to many attractions ie The Shard, Borough Market.

Cons:

Breakfast was buffet and Luke warm . Scrambled eggs were clumpy and dry.

They cancelled our room as a no show ( although I emailed and phoned and spoke to someone explaining our flight was delayed by 7 hours )

Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working and took 3 days to rectify ( whilst in a heatwave )

Well located hotel but extremely disappointing room service offering and experience.
Pros:

The location for us was very good. Close to Blackfriars station which we were using and very central. The room was very comfortable with an excellent shower.

Cons:

Very disappointing room service facility. We arrived late after a long day and decided to order food using the service advertised on the hotel app. This advised it was available 24 hrs and you could call and order from the bar/restaurant menu.
Firstly the number given was not in service. Then we were told by reception there was no food available. This was expanded to explain that there was ONLY EVER a panini on offer via room service, but even this had run out, and there was no chef.
So effectively it was NOT 24 hrs, and you couldn't order from even a limited version of the menu.
Not at all what I expect from a central London, 4 star hotel, costing over £300, on a Friday night in high season.

Geweldig hotel, vlak bij Tate Modern, The Globe, Blackfriars en Borough Market.
Pros:

Geweldig hotel, kamer met allerlei extra's als een strijkbout en strijkplank. Koffie (echte) en thee. Koud water op de gang. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.
