Вперше в житті я відчула що таке справжній високий сервіс , мене здивувало також озеро , в якому зранку можна поплавати , дуже красивий і вишуканий дизайн -в мене величезний досвід подорожей, але такого вишуканого дизайну який не кричить я давно не бачила , а можливо ніколи 🧡
Персонал і сервіс -це окрема велика любов з першого візиту 🙏

Great place to stay and relax; margin of improvement to reach the level of a true 5-star hotel.
Pros:

Amazing location, in a peaceful area with golf court and an external swimming pool. The rooms are really nice and cleaned, the front desk staff is really kind and efficient.

Cons:

The whole building could benefit from a renovation and modernisation. The service in the restaurant, breakfast and swimming area is not at the level of a 5-star hotel - part of the staff seemed not to have any idea of what they were doing there.
The swimming pool area could be better cared of, with a daily cleaning of the sunbeds from leaves etc.
You would expect more from a 5-star hotel.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel which has been recently renovated. The rooms were large, very clean and well designed. It was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast had great choice and was really tasty. It was reasonably priced. It has a shuttle service. Best of all is its staff. Super helpful, always friendly and lovely to my young daughter, even giving her a welcoming toy. It’s right on the resorts own golf course which was very fun even for a high handicapper. Only negative I have is their new gym wasn’t open and we had to use their sisters resort gym which didn’t have the free weights selection I would be used to.

Everything from service welcoming us to the hotel ina personalised way, the amazing decoration, proximity of the rooms and amenities in the hotel, easy to navigate, stunning view. Really love it.
