Hotel is in a good location right in the city centre,
the bar and food are reasonable quality.
the bed generally is quite comfortable
You have to pay for using the car park, £8 a day is very pricey and there are no nearby streets to park for free on.
The tv in my room didnt work, i vould not get any reception.
There was no bin in my room, although the cleaner visits every morning.
The tap water tasted terrible and i suspect it was recycled.

The staff at the Ibis were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were basic but clean and great value for money. We had a couple of small issues which were fixed immediately.
Would have liked hand towels in the room alongside the bath towels supplied.
The staff on duty over the weekend were so helpful with everything and worked really hard. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and functional. Opportunity to park car in 24hr blocks for a very reasonable price very important to my stay. Air con throughout a luxury during this prolonged spell of heatwaves! Good choice at breakfast and 24/7 service. Thank you.
The raised bathroom cabin in the room. It felt a bit strange! Biscuits on room tea tray would be nice.
