Convenient location, within short walking distance from the city centre.
The hotel is a bit old and shabby. The air conditioning in the bedroom did not work, the room had one west facing window that we were not supposed to open. The carpet in the corridors and on the stairs was old and soiled.

I thought it was expensive for what it was and the pillows were a bit lumpy.
The location was amazing, I liked the sitting/ social area and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice as well , those hashbrowns omg they were so nice and crunchy. The rooms were also clean and well organised and it was also clean all around the property not just the room
The bathroom was stinking the moment we got in and we realised it was the tap water like it was baddddddd. A bidet would be lovely ,you didn’t have one but that is not a big issue. More sugar and more tea bags would be lovely because me and family we love tea and we couldn’t figure out the Ac and when we did it wasn’t really doing much , I don’t know if it was us who didn’t how to use it or if it was old. The TVs are so old, can’t even connect to watch your own show , the images on the tv were really bad quality . I love a high image quality tv

The water in my bathroom smelled bad, the Aircon unit only blew hot air and people were being noisy till 1am

Stayed here last year so did again. 5 min walk to train. On main road for easy access for purpose ( Stoneeleigh) Never ate nor drank. Everything was fine
