Fabuleux !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cet établissement. L’emplacement à proximité des musées, du palais royal et du centre ville est idéal pour découvrir Rabat.

Nous avons grandement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, l’amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel.
La chambre est insonorisée et spacieuse, avec une literie d’une grande qualité. Des produits Nuxe sont disponible dans la salle de bain :)

Le petit déjeuner est variée et complet avec des produits frais et excellent. Il y en a pour tous les goûts !

En partant de l’accueil, jusqu’au service de chambre ou encore au petit déjeuner, le service était parfait, offrant un séjour unique, nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Die Lage ist gut. Alles andere sehr enttäuschend.

Cons:

Es gab Bauarbeiten in der Unterkunft, so dass es unmöglich war im Zimmer zu arbeiten da zu laut. Laut Angaben sollten die Arbeiten erst um 10:30 beginnen. Es begannen aber bereits um 9:30!!
Ich habe ein King size Bett bestellt, es waren aber zwei Einzelbette, die man einfach zusammen gerückt hat. Dadurch war es äußerst unangenehm drin zu schlafen. Wenn man beim Schlafen in die Mitte des Bettes rutscht, sind die beiden Einzelbetten auseinander gegangen und man ist dazwischen gefallen.
Der Abfluss in der Duschkabine funktionierte nicht, es war verstopft!!
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok.

Un excellent séjour
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et je le recommande sans la moindre hésitation.
Le personnel est tout simplement remarquable : chaleureux, souriant, disponible et véritablement à l’écoute. Chaque demande a été prise en compte avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de réactivité, ce qui a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour particulièrement agréable.
Les chambres sont impeccables. La propreté est irréprochable et le ménage est réalisé avec un soin remarquable chaque jour. Ayant séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels 4 étoiles en Europe, ce niveau d’exigence est loin d’être systématique. C’est un véritable point fort de l’établissement.
L’emplacement est également idéal : à moins de 900 mètres de la gare, tout en étant à proximité de nombreux musées et des principaux sites d’intérêt, ce qui permet de découvrir la ville très facilement à pied.
Notre séjour a été des plus agréables. On sent que la satisfaction des clients est une véritable priorité.
C’est une excellente adresse où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Overall experience was really good , staff very polite and helpful, food was really nice the whole lot. The small down side was the working during the day was bit loud and felt very close to our room but still was ok
