Il condizionatore non funzionava, le pareti erano sottili e si sentiva il rumore delle stanze adiacenti, sul davanzale della finestra c'erano le formiche quindi andava tenuta chiusa per paura che entrassero ecc ecc...

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, potrei tornare!
Pros:

La colazione abbondante e il personale cortese! Anche la camera spaziosa.

Cons:

C'era troppo freddo nei corridoi causa aria condizionata, la moquette era macchiata in vari punti e dalla doccia usciva acqua perchè non si chiudevano bene gli sportellini.

Soggiorno tranquillo a due passi da Perugia
Pros:

Ottima posizione, staff gentile e cordiale, colazione variegata sia dolce che salato, parcheggio ampio e a disposizione della clientela luogo molto tranquillo. Abbiamo dato un 8 per il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo inferiore alla media delle strutture locali.

Cons:

La pulizia non era eccezionale, presenza di numerosi capelli in terra nella stanza, moquette sui corridoi comuni sicuramente da pulire, anche le scale non erano perfettamente pulite- Cosa particolare, la presenza di una abat-jour sulla parte destra del letto ma priva di qualsiasi presa elettrica.

Good location, budget friendly and satisfactory
Pros:

Reception friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and staff were efficient. Room was comfy and clean. Location was great despite a steep hill and a quite a few stairs to access Free safe in room, bath towel was a good size which made a nice change.

Cons:

No items were in the mini bar, a vending machine would have been useful as quite a steep walk to a nearest shop which closes early. Limited toiletries in the room.
