In Ordnung
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Frühstück auch gut.

Cons:

Die Betten sind sehr schmal. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich groß genug, aber das Bett ist maximal 1,80 breit.
Tägliche reinigung lieber auch dreimal bestätigen lassen, sonst wird sie, wie bei uns vergessen.

Frühstück und Lage waren super. Auch die Bedienung abends an der Bar.

Cons:

Wir hatten rechtzeitig angegeben, zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür zu bekommen. Das war dann nicht der Fall. Stattdessen bekamen wir ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Terrasse. Diese entsprach gar nicht dem Hotelniveau, spärlich möbliert und mit Zigarettenkippen. Die Toilette war nicht optimal, relativ großer Raum ohne alles, kein Waschbecken, keine Ablage, vollkommen steril.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, würde ich bei meinem nächsten Potsdam-Besuch wieder auswählen
Pros:

Superbequemes Bett, große Auswahl beim Frühstück, schönes Bad, sehr zentrale, aber gleichzeitig auch ruhige Lage für die Erkundung von Potsdam, konnte mir sogar günstig ein Fahrrad direkt vom Hotel ausleihen

Cons:

Mein Fenster war direkt zum Innenhof, dort wurde am Abend mitunter lautstark bis 23 Uhr gefeiert, das war selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr laut

Personal war freundlich und Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft wurden wir informiert das wir ausgebucht sind. Zimmer wurde im Februar gebucht . Alternative wurde angeboten. Da wir unsere Unzufriedenheit unmittelbar zum Ausdruck brachten wurde doch noch ein Zimmer im Hotel für uns gefunden. Leider sind offensichtlich Tischdecken zum Frühstück auch nicht mehr Standard. Wir haben den Eindruck das das Niveau allgemein immer mehr sinkt.

Lage, Lage, Lage - Superlage, zwischen Luisenplatz und Schloßgarten. Großes, ruhiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Ein großer Spiegel fehlt leider und auf einer Bettseite ist keine Steckdose.
