Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und da wir ein Zimmer zum Garten raus hatten, war es auch ruhig und komfortabel. Zu dem gab es einen Kapselautomaten für Kaffee und auch gratis Kapseln dazu.
Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider hat der Filterkaffee überhaupt nicht geschmeckt und war zu dünn. Es gab auch noch einen Automaten, da wissen wir nicht wie er war.

Es waren 4 sehr schöne Tage.wir kommen gern wieder.
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel in bester Lage.Jeden Morgen wurde man mit einem sehr gutem Frühstück verwöhnt.Die Zimmer waren geräumig,mit sehr guten Betten.

Ich konnte ein Schnäppchen machen, finde sonst dieses Hotel zu teuer.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut in einem modernen Umfeld, auch mit der Möglichkeit draussen zu sitzen. Dort sehr freundliches Personal.
Die Lage sowohl zum Luisenplatz, Richtung Zentrum und zum Park sind unschlagbar.

Cons:

Der Empfang war desineressiert schon an der Grenze zur Unfreundlichkeit.
Parkhaus ist sehr eng. Ungünstige Parksituation generell.

Für 4 Sterne Hotel noch gerade gut.
Pros:

Am Park von Sanccusi und in Zentrumsnähe ideale Lage. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr laut und meistens sehr voll. Im Hotel gab es im Zimmer keine Infomaterialien zum Hotel
und zu Potsdam. Die Zimmereinrichtung für dieses große Zimmer war etwas spartanisch. Das der Waschtrakt fast im Raum
sich befindet und kaum Haken hatte ist nicht günstig.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden dieses Hotel bestimmt wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, alles ist sehr gut fussläufig zu erreichen.
Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
In den Betten kann man wunderbar schlafen und es ist sehr ruhig, auch bei geöffnetem Fenster.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und für jeden etwas dabei.

Das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und ruhig. Die Zimmerausstattung war gut und auch die Raumaufteilung mal etwas anderes.

Cons:

Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen und mehr Haken bzw. Ablageflächen.
