lokacija je super - na par minuta hoda u prekrasni Sanssouci park s jedne strane i od starog dijela grada s druge strane..sobe su komotne i ugodne..dvoriste u kojem se moze doruckovati malo i intimno..preporuka u svakom slucaju

Aufgrund eines Kommunikationsfehlers unterhalb des Rezeptionspersonals gab es Probleme beim Einchecken hinsichtlich des hinterlegten Zahlungsmittels. Der entsprechende Mitarbeiter war jedoch nicht bereit sich hierfür zu entschuldigen und verwies auf die Schuld der anderen Mitarbeiter. Dies finde ich weder professionell noch angemessen.

Ein gelungener kurz Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

was uns nicht toll gefallen hat war das Bad, viel zu klein.

I had an incident when I stayed. The receptionist disclosed my room number based on my name to strangers I don't know and they interrupted my sleep at 1:30 am

Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt bis auf das fehlen der Klimaanlage

Sehr nettes Personal, schöner Aussenbereich zum frühstücken

Cons:

Leider gibt es, obwohl das Hotel noch gar nicht so alt, keine Klimaanlage und das bei 38 Grad Celsius
