When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We only accept pets in some of our Deluxe Double Rooms with Sofa Bed. Please inquire for availability before booking. There is a £10.00 per pet per night charge. Our Restaurant will be closed on Friday & Saturday nights during December due to Functions. 24th to 26th December and 1st January there will be limited evening food service. "Festive Celebrations" may be audible during this period. On New Year's Eve our Restaurant is closed and there will be no meals available after 6pm. On New Year's Day our bed & breakfast rates include brunch served from 9am-11am. We hold events and functions at the hotel and party celebrations may be audible at times.

Good stop off hotel on way to Pembrokeshire. Nice room
Pool was undergoing maintenance work so closed, shame as was a very hot day so would have been good to use
First rate stay at the Best Western Heronston Hotel. The rooms and public areas were very modern and spotlessly clean and the staff there could not have been more friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located for the purpose of my trip and close enough to the town centre as well. Staff were pretty good overall, especially on checkin and checkout.
Its advertised as a spa hotel but none of the spa facilities were available and will not be for a long time!
Had to wait forever for someone to come and serve at the bar.
There are no lifts to the upper floors.
No air-con in any of the rooms. Very noisy in the early mornings because windows were open due to lack of air con.

, we requested 2 rooms next to each other, we received notification that this was done, when i arrived i was told that this wasn't the case and the only way to achieve this was to pay an extra £20 per room to upgrade, also the Pool are was closed, this was not mentioned on the site when booking or subsequently when I did book. Also There was a 50th party, the room was above the party area so loud music was playing we could not sleep until after midnight
I like the that the room had plenty of space plenty of facilities and the fact it had room service
It wasn’t the property that was the problem it was the guests above us getting banging around so didn’t really get much sleep
Fabulous wedding celebration and amazing food by Mickatz and all the staff were great
Not what I expected at all for what I paid and had heard. Room was pretty basic, even though I knew pool was being refurbished at time of visit the price did not deflect this. The door had an almost inch gap at Bottom so let light through had to use towel along it to prevent light coming in. The shower leaked water all over floor whilst in use. The sink would spray water all over you when you use it. The panel around bed was lose on wall
Food in restaurant quite good but expensive, good choice of breakfast . Very nice rooms and pleasant staff.
The pool was closed but wasn’t displayed on website when I booked😒
Room size was good, nice big TV, we were in a superior room.
We had issues with the EV chargers which weren't resolved. Staff didn't understand EVs.
Also we asked for just a sheet because of the hot weather, that took 4 trips to reception.

I have stayed at the Heronston numerous times. The staff are always excellent, very pleasant, friendly and extremely efficient. Previously I found the food hit and miss but this time it was really lovely - a huge improvement. I'm looking forward to staying again in a few weeks.
All of the staff did their best to ensure my Birthday party was a brilliant success.
Nothing was left to chance and every whim was dealt with a smile. I couldn't ask more, I don't want to single out any member of staff as they were all brilliant.
