It’s ok 🤷🏼‍♀️
Pros:

The entrance is very clean & the young lady who checked us in was very helpful. The location is great for the centre & easily walkable.

Cons:

- Booked a double bed room. Was just two singles pushed together. Very hard beds & pillows. We specifically booked for a double bed not twin beds.

- We booked at paid for a double bed bedroom with an extra bed in it for a child. (3person room). We were charged an extra 25/30euro on departure because we had our little dogs with us.
No damage caused by our dogs, but still charged extra for having them with us.

I do not mind paying for our dogs to be there, but this should be pre disclosed as we booked a room for 3 people & therefore essentially paid for a child we didn’t have - our dogs were that child instead. You don’t receive any special accommodations for dogs so I’m unsure why we are charged more than someone with children. We pre warned the hotel re bringing our two small dogs, as we do at all our stays as we travel the girls a lot.
If you’re charging extra for dogs, you should be charging extra for children too. My personal opinion mainly because I know my dogs don’t do any damage & children often do.

- On arrival we were told that parking was full even though we had booked for parking. Had to drive around finding on street parking for a good while at 10:30pm at night when we had just driven over 10hrs (as on a road trip).

- Went to breakfast (paid for) & the Woman Staff Member was EXTREMELY rude. Huffed & rolled her eyes at us. Pointed at the clock to say breakfast was closing in 15/20 minutes. We decided to just leave. If you say breakfast ends at 10:30am, then it should be open till 10:30am. If you want people to be gone by 10am, then say it closes at 10am. Massively rude & unwelcoming Woman Staff Member.

- Advertised as having air conditioning. They do not have this in the rooms. You have vents. Our vent & fan system was broken along with our window shutters that wouldn’t fully go down.

Overall, the hotel is just ok.

Розташування в центрі, недалеко від пішохідної зони та ресторанів. Є власний критий паркінг.

Cons:

Дуже неприємний запах в номері, якій не зник навіть після довго відкритих вікон.
Завтрак дуже скудний, варені холодні яйця в кількості 2 шт на всіх…

Pros:

Goede locatie om de stad te verkennen. Je kan in de buurt parkeren in de blauwe zone of voor langere tijd in een parkeergarage.

Cons:

Het bed en de matras waren heel hard. In de kamer stonden wat te veel decoratiestukken waardoor het heel rommelig leek. Ik had meer verwacht van het ontbijtbuffet.

Absolutely terrible accommodation and service
Pros:

Worst stay ever and we have booked through booking.com for years . We may need to change as we complained and never got a refund for the worst hotel and service ever .

Estancia muy agradable, aunque un par de cosas a mejorar
Pros:

El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es muy bueno y la ubicación perfecta. La habitación limpia y bonita.

Cons:

En la habitación olía a tabaco y las almohadas estaban duras.

Good option for a short stay
Pros:

Decent option to stay in Burgos. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. Center is about 10 min walking.

Todo muy bien.
Pros:

Todo correcto; incluso cuando nos tuvieron que asignar otra habitación porque en la primera no había enchufe al lado de la cama. La chuica de recepción muy amable. Además está el parking en la misma puerta del hotel: muy importante. No tuvimos que coger el coche para ir a ninguno de los sitios más emblemáticos y muy recomendables de la ciudad: Catedral, MEH, Museo de Burgos, parques..... y tambien el Arco de Santa María, justo enfrente de la Catedral.

Cons:

Quizás, y por poner un pero, que deberían revisar el mantenimiento de enchufes y dar una pintadita a las puertas...por lo demás todo perfecto.
