The indoor/outdoor pools were out of service along with sauna. The whirlpool didn’t look maintained. One of the elevators was out of service. Spots throughout hotel where things were not maintained.

Helpful front desk staff.

Cons:

Neither pool was open. No sanitizer wipes in fitness room. Room needed full size mirror and better lighting. Complimentary breakfast would have made up for the pool situation.

Wifi was not free and our Spectrum signal was weak or non-existent.
