Stay somewhere else!
Pros:

A good location to visit the Agra from.

Cons:

Breakfast choice was ok, some items tasted stale.
Most disappointing was the loud music which went on until past 1am.
When we phoned reception and complained they said all guests were complaining about this but as it was in a garden next door they had requested but they weren’t listening and had it even louder!

A very bad night with lack of sleep and when I complained at check out and asked for something to be done all I heard was sorry which was not acceptable.
I expect my complaint to be dealt in a professional manner and not ignored.

Hospitality was great at restaurants, Reasonable from other staff, Food taste was very good.

Cons:

They were expecting some VIP to visit and we were asked to go and sit down and wait for checking in, we were already tired from long travel. After sometime, when I approached the checkin desk, I realised that we were forgotten and then check in happened. If you ask us to wait, then you must also remember guests are waiting to check in.

We had a lovely stay, quick check-in, friendly staff, good food... it was a good experience!
