Cozy, fuss-free stay.
Pros:

Room with balcony , comfy bed, smart tv, good aircon, strong shower. Room fragrance and air purifier were a plus.

Had 1 breakfast in the hotel, decent spread with the basics. Eggs, bread, salad , cereal , fried rice, fruits, coffee, orange juice. Simple, but good enough.

Cons:

- Not much eatery nearby.

- Pool can be cleaner as there were alot of dead bugs during my time.

Pros:

It was a great location, the breakfast was fine , you could get cooked eggs. The pool wasn't great but if you aren't there to use the pool it's actually a lovely little place.

Pros:

Location was cool as it was kind of down a side alley way, so it was fun to come ride scooters around and just park it up. Overall the place was clean, cute, simple, homely and earthy with subtle details that really adds character. The timber & cement combines so naturally, it really provides a modern, refreshing flavour with a chilled, relaxed, homely humble vibes… 👊🔥 The staff were all cool, helpful as always and doing their jobs well. The best part was the balcony, it gives the place a real authentic natural feel and it’s not too high up so you almost feel like you are in someway attached and connected to the surroundings environment..

Cons:

The shower in the bathroom could have been a bit bigger but works completely fine, this is so minor that I have only listed it because I don’t have anything bad to say…

Pros:

We loved the location and decor of the hotel. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy.
Staff were very friendly too

Cons:

Breakfast was a little disappointing and the pool was a little underwhelming, that area could do with a little TLC

Pros:

Très chouette petit hôtel joliment décoré. Situation a quelques minutes de la vieille ville de Chiang Mai. Personnel très gentil

Cons:

Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit qu’à 8h car pour partir en excursion c’est un peu tard mais ils ont accepté à chaque fois qu’on puisse le prendre plus tôt

Comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable. Somewhere I would definitely recommend to everyone. Even though the breakfast was very simple, but the staff are excellent, overall was a great experience staying here, I’m glad I made the right choice of my stay in Chiang Mai.

Cute lil hotel
Pros:

You get what you pay for with a 3 star hotel. It’s not luxury but it’s clean and very good location. Within walking distance of everything. The property is down a little lane so you will need to walk about 30m to get taxis etc as cars do not go down the lane. The room was spacious and we had a nice little balcony. We also enjoyed the pool. It was like a private pool just for us and no one ever used it! Yes the pool is small but not sure what people expect for a 3 star hotel. The pool was also clean so I am unsure what the bad reviews are about. Overall, we would stay here again as it was good value for money :)

Cons:

Road noise was a bit annoying however I believe that was probably due to Songkran, might be a little quieter not during Songkran :)
