I would happily stay at this hotel again because of its excellent service, comfortable accommodation

Enjoyed our week long stay
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week and enjoyed a beautiful stay. We were attending a conference which did keep us quite busy, but the rooms, the resteraunts, and the staff as well as ballroom were all outstanding.
We have stayed here off and on over 25 years and each stay gets even better.

The Florida Hotel & conference center is the best place to relax and enjoy
Pros:

The location is excellent. Everything is near.
The atmosphere of the place made the trip much more enjoyable. It felt welcoming, relaxed, and friendly, which helped me feel comfortable and able to enjoy the surroundings
The rooms are very clean, confortable and the noise level is almost nothing.
The number of amenities we have access to is extremely useful.

Extremely convenient
Pros:

From the quick and friendly service at the restaurant downstairs, to the cozy rooms with convenient amenities, this is an excellent spot to book a stay! The pool gets a lot of sunlight throughout the day, and the mall attached has great shopping without having to sit in traffic!

Annual conference visit - always a pleasure!
Pros:

I love how kind and helpful the staff is! I had multiple employes help with my overflow of baggage. They couldn't have been happier to do so, despite needing to drop it off in multiple locations. This is one of the few places where service comes before anything else - always so impressive!

A great stay!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was great, everyone was friendly and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed their job. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had in a while, everything was fresh!

Peaceful atmosphere
Pros:

Clean and very quiet. Amenities for crews available. Bed was comfortable, room clean and the hallways were quiet. I didn't hear any loud speaking from staff in the hallways as I do at other hotels I stay at. Convenient location for dining and shopping.
