Um hotel para comemoração de datas importantes.
Pros:

O café da manhã é o ponto fraco. Como o hotel não oferece café da manhã, logo cedo só há o sofisticado Starbucks aberto. Sofisticado e caro. A localização é ótima, pois há um mall ao alcance. O hotel mantém seu charme de muitos anos.

Cons:

Há a taxa de resort, cobrindo estacionamento, wifi e outras amenidades. No somatório, são mais de US 20 por dia, sem direito a café da manhã. Quanto ao banheiro, já era hora de um blindex no box.

Excellent experience
Pros:

I love the hotel first time visiting in 12 + years it’s clean convenient and all the staff is friendly some guy at the front even open the car door when the uber dropped me off I love that’s it’s in the mall and I don’t have to travel if I don’t want too plus the greyhound stop is walking distance I will be back in October

best sleep in years!
Pros:

Room was amazing! Black out curtains, A/C was kicking and that bed was the best! I slept for 11 hours! That has not happened in years. food was very good. I look forward to my next visit.

Great Hotel Experience in Orlando area.
Pros:

This hotel surpassed my expectations, elegant, clean, spacious room, great customer service, ideal location with free parking. Easy access to shopping and dining. Ideal if traveling from Orlando Airport or to Cape Canaveral Cruise Port. Will definitely recommend.

Lamentablemente durante mi alojamiento , se fue la electricidad en el hotel y hubo una alarma de incendio a las 2.30 am. Tuvimos que bajar 10 pisos por las escaleras. No hubo información al respecto

From the moment I checked in to check out everything was perfect! I have never stayed in a hotel where I had such a wonderful experience. My room was tidied up EVERY day! FREE parking! In Orlando that is a great savings. All staff were courteous, friendly and easily approachable. Having the mall attached was great for food choices and for those who like to shop. Will stay here again. Easy access to everything.

Wonderful Stay and Outstanding Service at Cricket's Bar

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The property was comfortable, clean and welcoming, but what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding staff at Cricket's Bar.

A special thank you to Rhell, Matthew, and the entire Cricket's Bar team. They were friendly, attentive, professional, and always made guests feel welcome. Their service was exceptional, and they played a huge role in making my stay enjoyable.

The only issue I noticed during my visit was that there were quite a few gnats flying around the bar area. Hopefully, this is something that can be addressed because the staff and overall experience were wonderful.

Thank you to everyone for a great stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Top-Notch Service During a Busy Convention
Pros:

It was such a lovely experience visiting The Florida Hotel. I was there visiting for a convention hosted in their conference areas and the staff was welcoming and professional. The bathrooms were maintained sparkly clean even during the most busiest times of the event. Will consider staying at this hotel for any upcoming events in my area as a local.
