Pros:

Bedding and toilets were good n clean

Cons:

The whole building looked very run down. The pictures online were when they were still new.

The corridor outside hotels feels spooky.
The interior of the room were very dated.
The general feeling is Spooky

Upgrades needed, security concerns
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

Part of the building seems abandoned and empty, the parking lots are mostly empty and may pose security risks. However, you can park at ground level in front of the lobby but lots are limited.

Pros:

Near to the shop and restaurant.Easy to find.

Cons:

The area is sometime quite busy with traffic. Near to bridge of Kota Tinggi which knowing the area always jammed with traffic.

Not to my expectation as to what i saw during booking.
Pros:

Look Gorgeous from the outside. Food area is fantastic with lots of choices. Shopping also nearby. Parking of our car was easy. Front of Hotel or up the ramp for cars to park.

Cons:

Inside not too classy. Glass window at my room level at lift lobby is dusty and blocking the city view. Bedroom was not maintained well. TV has not much program, only local channel.
