Pros:

Hotellet er meget moderne og i standsat. Der er vandautomater i gangene. Værelset er lidt usammenhængende men det er rent og komfortabel nok. Morgenmad er i orden. Tv med chromecast hvilket var nydeligt.

Cons:

Det ligger et godt stykke væk fra indre by i Bern. 30 minutters gang. Der er en fransk altan hvilket tiltrækker duer til at sætte sig og begynde at hyle klokken 6 om morgnene frem til i hvert fald 12. Det var ikke den rareste måde at blive vækket på. Kan være det bare er mig der er uheldig.

Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. During our visit, we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay because of a medical situation that prevented one of our family members from flying back home.

Rosina was incredibly understanding and compassionate. She listened carefully to our situation and offered excellent solutions that allowed us to focus on recovery instead of worrying about where we would stay. She arranged a comfortable room that met our needs and made a difficult time much easier.

The hotel is pleasant, exceptionally clean, and serves an excellent breakfast. The entire staff was attentive, caring, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. We are truly grateful for their kindness and highly recommend this hotel.

Da evitare......se sei in vacanza
Pros:

La vicinanza alla fermata dei mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro storico e il pass per l'uso degli stessi incluso nel prezzo

Cons:

La struttura va proposta come business hotel per brevi soggiorni di lavoro e non per periodi di vacanza, soprattutto se con famiglia.
La stanza, molto piccola e con arredi minimi, aveva un bagno che puzzava di muffa e non consentiva areazione se non attraverso la stanza stessa. I rivestimenti neri.
La sala colazione funzionava come una mensa, nessuna assistenza e la qualità del cibo va sicuramente migliorata.
Il servizio di portierato di notte non c'è.
