Fantastic! Staff were helpful and great!
Pros:

Everything! Was spacious, lots of facilities in the room. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Great location.

overall room condition so so. Tiny fridge with no freezer. property needs an update. Missing curtains in 304. parking lot lights into room annoying.

Excellent staff who were very helpful in getting us a shuttle downtown.
Pros:

The amazing staff and a great location away from the hustle and bustle. Still close to walking distance of restaurants and Gaylord Resort. Highly recommended this place.

The pool was closed when we were there. But it was cold anyways so it wasn’t a huge deal
