Tout était super emplacement de rêve, personnel adorable et toujours présent, équipements chambres magnifiques.
Petit déjeuner buffet de qualité et très varié
Die Lage und der Blick sind wirklich super, direkt an der Copacabana in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Ipanema. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick gebucht welches dunkel und wenig ansprechend war und daher ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick gemacht. Dieses war besser ausgestattet und deutlich angenehmer ,mit perfektem Blick. Insgesamt benötigt das Hotel an vielen stellen ein wenig Zuwendung, abgeschabter Lack an Tischen und Türen;am letzten Morgen kam ohne Vorwarnung die Gardine samt Leiste runter. Die Türen haben keine Dichtung , das Knallen dröhnt durch den gesamten Flur. Das Zimmer unserer Söhne war muffig und dunkel und in noch schlechterem Zustand. Die Ausstattung: ursprünglich gleiche Klasse aber anderer Blick, noch einfacher, uraltes Telefon, alter TV ohne Internet, Blick auf eine Mauer.
Überdurchschnittlich gut hingegen war das Frühstück. Sehr viele glutenfreie Optionen und eine hervorragende Auswahl an Obst (Mango), lactosefrei Milch und Joghurt, das hat gut geklappt. Die Mitarbeiter sind jedoch alle top, reagieren sehr schnell und sind neben der Lage das klare Highlight des Hotels.
Die Hotellobby und Bar ist die ungemütlichste und am wenig einladendste die ich je gesehen habe. Sehr klein, komplett deckenhoch mit Marmor verkleidet, unbequeme Sessel und Sofas, kaum Pflanzen, viel zu kalt klimatisiert. An der Bar wird sicher niemand sitzen. Der Frühstückssaal/ Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu kalt klimatisiert ( mehrere Gäste hatten Steppjacken an). Die Zimmertüren öffnen mit einem altmodischen Kartenschloss, welches ständig die Funktion verweigert also runter zur Rezeption und Karten neu machen. Teils mehrfach täglich, das nervt.
Een zeer goed hotel. Uitstekend ontbijt en restaurant, en leuk rooftop zwembad en bar. Voldoende stopcontacten, ruime bedden.
Het hotel is een beetje gedateerd qua inrichting van kamers, en ook een beetje muffe geur in de gang en kamer.

Avevamo già soggiornato in questa struttura a Capodanno 2019.
Si trova in un’ottima posizione sulla spiaggia di Copacabana, con un bellissimo rooftop con piscina.
Camere accoglienti con bellissima vista mare, soprattutto ai piani alti.
Rispetto al 2019, a mio parere, necessiterebbe di un pochino di manutenzione in più.
Posizione centralissima a Copacabana. Receptionist molto gentili e disponibili, che parlano anche inglese. La nostra stanza era ampia e ben attrezzata, con una bellissima vista sul mare.
Non darei cinque stelle a questo hotel, perché la sensazione durante il soggiorno non è quella di trovarsi in un hotel esclusivo o particolarmente curato, ma piuttosto in una struttura pensata semplicemente per offrire un posto dove dormire. Manca quel livello di attenzione, cura e servizio che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel di categoria superiore.
Purtroppo, e non per diretta responsabilità dell’hotel, la struttura si trova proprio nell’unico punto di Copacabana che ha problemi con gli odori provenienti dalle fognature. Di conseguenza, soprattutto all’esterno, si avverte un persistente odore di reflusso fognario che permea la zona.
La piscina è un po’ piccola rispetto al numero di ospiti. In piscina, abbiamo trovato un tavolo molto appiccicoso, sul quale erano stati precedentemente appoggiati dei bicchieri. Abbiamo chiesto al barman che ci aveva servito le caipirinha di pulirlo: ci ha risposto di sì, ma non è mai più tornato, salvo poi ricomparire per portarci il conto. Questo livello di servizio non è quello che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel a cinque stelle.
Inoltre, alle 23 abbiamo chiesto aiuto per far funzionare la jacuzzi: una persona è salita in camera, ci ha detto che sarebbe tornata dopo due minuti, ma non è mai più tornata.
Anche alcuni dettagli pratici potrebbero essere migliorati. Gli asciugacapelli hanno il cavo troppo corto, compreso quello che la reception mi ha fornito per cercare di venire incontro al problema, rendendo impossibile asciugarsi i capelli guardandosi contemporaneamente allo specchio. Inoltre, i letti si disfano non appena ci si mette dentro, segno che non vengono rifatti in modo adeguato.
In definitiva, non abbiamo riscontrato un problema specifico o grave, ma manca quel qualcosa in più che permetta all’hotel di distinguersi per qualità, attenzione ai dettagli e livello del servizio.

Queda frente a Copacabana, al lado de la feria típica de ese sector y mucho donde comer cerca. El hotel te entrega toallas para la playa y además te ofrece sombrillas y sillitas. El desayuno es muy variado, recomendable 100%. Las habitaciones limpias y el personal muy amable; tiene piscina en la terraza, sauna y gimnasio. Y les recomiendo el restaurante del hotel, el tiramisú es maravilloso!
