Any cancelation of a service (treatments, massages, etc.) less than 24 hours in advance will result in full payment for the service.

Cons:

訂了3個晚上的晚餐,入住前已在網路上付款。前兩天都沒問題,第三天等了1個多小時遲遲未上甜點，向服務生詢問，她才驚覺我們還有甜點未上，立刻向廚房反映。經過二十分鐘，才有另一名女服務生告訴我們廚房已休息，我們可以改喝飲料。問題是我們付的是包含前菜、主菜、甜點的套餐的錢,針對自己的錯誤,又讓客人白白浪費那麼久的時間,而且沒有甜點可吃，卻連一句道歉的話都沒有，只想打發客人。這種心態，實不可取！

موظفة الاستقبال كانت ليست لطيفه وتم وصولي مبكراً للفندق خاطبتها مرتان وجلست انتظر الدخول حتى الساعه الرابعه وللعلم كانو مقيمين من جنسيات اخرى تم دخولهم قبلي بساعه وانا وشخص اخر خليجي تم تاخيرنا حتا الوقت بالدقيقه لايوجد مرونه ولا اي مراعاة لظروف القادمين من سفر طويل الفندق لم يكن مزدحم لكن لاحظت العنصريه من الموظفه

Pros:

A beautiful accommodation in a beautiful town. Very conveniently located near the train station, shops and restaurant. our room was cosy, clean and comfortable. The spa was a huge bonus after a day of hiking. Staff are helpful and friendly, check-in was easy. I would love to return.
