Please note that the rooms are located in 2 buildings separated by an alley.

Please note that eating is not permitted in the spa. The hammam, sauna, and whirlpool baths are prohibited for children under 12 years of age. Children may only access the pool area if accompanied by an adult. The aquatic area is reserved for adults from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any cancelation of a service (treatments, massages, etc.) less than 24 hours in advance will result in full payment for the service.

Please note that we will perform a pre-authorization on your credit card upon your arrival. The amount will be released on the day following check-out. Depending on your bank, this amount may appear as a charge for up to 14 days after the transaction.

Please note that the parking area is underground and cramped. The maximum height is 6.2 feet, the width 7.9 feet, and the length 18 feet.

Animals are welcome in our bar and restaurant when there is no buffet.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Fabulous location, spotlessly clean...staff helpful and courteous. Great breakfast choice.
Beds very comfortable. Rooms not big but compact and had everything needed.

Exceptional stay in Chamonix with Lykke Hotel
Pros:

I had a truly exceptional stay at Lykke Hotel. I usually go to Chamonix a few times a year and it's my first time staying at Lykke - I would say I would book here again for my next trips to Chamonix. I enjoyed the room and amenities, the staff were friendly, the location was very central, and the access to the spa and wellness area was a lovely bonus.

Super hôtel, joli spa et emplacement près de la ville
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, chambre très confortable, un plus pour les peignoirs pour adultes et enfants. Il manque juste des petits chaussons pour aller au spa.

Cons:

Le prix des chips pour l'apéro à 5 euros, prix élevé.

sympa, super emplacement, super spa/piscine mais chambre un peu déceptive

l'espace spa / piscine est tres sympa et impeccable. l'accueil et les équipes charmantes.

Cons:

La chambre etait une peu déceptive. toute petite et surtout une odeur désagréable : melange de produits d'hygiène et odeur des précédents voyageurs. nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre. accueil hyper sympa et réactif. nouvelle chambre : toujours avec une odeur, mais moins forte et changement de coté de l'immeuble avec une vue sur les rails du train ... (heureusement la montagne etait juste derriere) ;-). Rien de grave mais à ce tarif et avec un statut 4 etoiles... un peu deceptif.

Loved the spa- not too packed this time of year so we got to enjoy all the different amenities.

Cons:

If you are staying on the spa side, the WiFi does not work well! I used so much data because the WiFi was so bad. They should have a separate WiFi for the spa side. No AC as well was not great.
