Please note that eating is not permitted in the spa. The hammam, sauna, and whirlpool baths are prohibited for children under 12 years of age. Children may only access the pool area if accompanied by an adult. The aquatic area is reserved for adults from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any cancelation of a service (treatments, massages, etc.) less than 24 hours in advance will result in full payment for the service.

Please note that we will perform a pre-authorization on your credit card upon your arrival. The amount will be released on the day following check-out. Depending on your bank, this amount may appear as a charge for up to 14 days after the transaction.

Excellent property, super location and a beautiful spa.
Pros:

Exceptional staff. The spa and pool is beautiful. They’ve worked really hard to make a whimsical, beautiful lobby, our children loved it. Nice rooms, comfy beds, very clean. Great location.

Cons:

Lack of air con (we did know this, but still a feature that is helpful during summer heatwaves). I don’t feel the room really had Mountain views, the view was pretty but you had to stand on the balcony and then turn around for a proper Mountain View.

Saunaen var ikke tændt den sidste dag. Til tider mange i spaen som gjorde det lidt crowded.

Gelungener Aufenthalt in Chamonix
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und großzügig für 2 Personen.
Das Frühstück war umfangreich und mit guten Produkten aus der Region. Der SPA Bereich , den wir leider gar nicht so nutzten aufgrund des guten Wetters, sah auch sehr einladend aus und war schön gestaltet.
