Please note that eating is not permitted in the spa. The hammam, sauna, and whirlpool baths are prohibited for children under 12 years of age. Children may only access the pool area if accompanied by an adult. The aquatic area is reserved for adults from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any cancelation of a service (treatments, massages, etc.) less than 24 hours in advance will result in full payment for the service.

The hotel is close to the center very clean and the SPA is amazing.
We loved the fantastic location in the heart of Chamonix. The pool area and spa were a real highlight. This was one of the best stops on our road trip.

L’emplacement et le petit déjeuner copieux
Les chambres ne disposent pas de climatisation et nous avons dû dormir fenêtre ouverte donc réveillés par les passants dans la nuit qu’ils soient à pied ou en voiture. La balayeuse passe tous les jours à 6h30 du matin.

Zo een prachtig hotel in het centrum van Chamonix! We werden zeer vriendelijk onthaald. De kamer was ruim, zeer proper en heel mooi ingericht. De wellness was zalig om van te genieten na 10 dagen de TMB te hebben gewandeld. Je zit ook vlak aan het centrum, het station en de voetgangersstraten. De volgende ochtend genoten we van een superuitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt.
Ik kan me niets bedenken.
Frukosten var inte vad man kan förvänta sig av priset på rummet, jag bor 280+ nätter på hotell varje år och detta var ett av de sämre. Ingen AC på rummet, på vintern är det säkert bra men inte när det är 32 utomhus, för 3500sek/natt så förväntar jag mig ett hyggligt klimat oavsett årstid när man är i rummet.

Location is top notch, breakfast is good
While the property markets itself as a premium accommodation, the facilities unfortunately fall short of that standard.
The wellness area is let down by the fact that they only offer a barrel sauna. Because of their cylindrical shape, barrel saunas have notoriously poor heat distribution, meaning your upper body overheats while your feet stay completely cold. Furthermore, the cramped layout makes it nearly impossible to stretch out and properly relax like you would in a traditional sauna room.
The gym is, frankly, a disaster. It looks incredibly aesthetic and modern, but it completely lacks functional equipment for a real workout. For goodness' sake, a hotel of this caliber needs to invest in at least a proper set of dumbbells going up to 25kg.
Finally, I stayed here over my birthday. For a self-proclaimed premium accommodation—especially being located in France—the lack of any acknowledgment was a letdown. A simple, thoughtful gesture like a complimentary bottle of wine, cider, or even apple juice left in the room would have made a huge difference in the overall experience.
