Please note that the rooms are located in 2 buildings separated by an alley.

Please note that eating is not permitted in the spa. The hammam, sauna, and whirlpool baths are prohibited for children under 12 years of age. Children may only access the pool area if accompanied by an adult. The aquatic area is reserved for adults from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any cancelation of a service (treatments, massages, etc.) less than 24 hours in advance will result in full payment for the service.

Please note that we will perform a pre-authorization on your credit card upon your arrival. The amount will be released on the day following check-out. Depending on your bank, this amount may appear as a charge for up to 14 days after the transaction.

Please note that the parking area is underground and cramped. The maximum height is 6.2 feet, the width 7.9 feet, and the length 18 feet.

Animals are welcome in our bar and restaurant when there is no buffet.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

un bon 3 étoiles, à éviter seul ou en couple, principalement occupé par des groupes

la toute petite chambre à mettre à niveau, le personnel, "l'ambiance" globale, le petit déjeuner ambiance "food court", l'absence de considération du client, le rapport qualité prix,
j'ai d'ailleurs quitté l'établissement une journée avant.

Très bon séjour au Lykke hôtel and spa
Pros:

Personnels très accueillants, chambre spacieuse, grand lit très confortable, très propre, petit déjeuner varié et très copieux, emplacement idéal à côté de la gare et à proximité du centre, espace bien être très agréable avec belle piscine jacuzzi spa, et massage au top, cela fait 2 fois que je viens dans cet hôtel et je reviendrai avec plaisir

Pros:

very convenient, yet quiet location! wonderful breakfast! friendly helpful staff! cosy design of the hotel! interior! would love to come back in winter now, for skiing!

Cons:

i was there end june, when it was extreme heat wave in europe, and even in chamonix it was around +34 and the rooms are not equipped with AC (which is understandable i guess), but i did have a ventilator, it helped a bit , but overall it was rather hot... dont want to blame hotel for not having AC since it is rather exceptional heat, but just it did give some unpleasant flavour to stay, otherwise all super good!!

The hotel has a great vibe, well located and excellent staff.
Pros:

Location near the railway station and proximity to old town was perfect for me. My balcony was sunny and room was generous in size. It was hot but plenty of opportunity to open windows and cool down at night. The spa facilities were very welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful.
