Lo mejor es la situación del hotel, y las habitaciones amplias y limpias.
Parking excesivamente caro. Me parece lamentable que cobren por usar la caja de seguridad de la habitación. Desayuno también caro para lo que ofrece.
A pocos metros de la playa san Juan y con mucha vida a los alrededores.
Barreras Arquitectónicos. Como Escaleras al Comedos y Escaleras a los servicios de Recepcion
Location is amazing very near to beach. Bus stop is right at the gate to go main centre or Benidorm. Tram station is also very near to hotel. There is also a supermarket nearby where you will get all the stuff. Room is big and comfortable. Big balcony and we had some view for sea as well. Pool is clean and good.
Excellent location, close to the beach and within a short walk to see the Cirque du Soleil. Also an excellent vegetarian restaurant within ten minutes walk. Couldn’t park in the hotel but found a space very close by even in August!
Close to the amazing beach. Transport links are also great.
The noise. The corner rooms overlook a club on the weekend. No tea and coffee facilities in the room or fridge
La cercanía a la playa es lo mejor que tiene, por lo demás las instalaciones bien pero muy básicas. La media pensión, es menú, no buffet, elegir entre dos primeros y dos segundos. La comida muy buena, pero poco donde elegir. La piscina bien, la zona de tumbonas pequeña, por suerte no había mucha gente.
El personal en general me pareció seco y distante, excepto algún recepcionista. Nos tocaron unos vecinos de habitación italianos muy ruidosos a horas de descanso (siesta y noche). Viajo con mi hija de 7 años y a la 1, 2 o 3 de la mañana entrando y saliendo de la habitación y en la terraza fumando y hablando en tono muy elevado.

La ubicacion
La ubicacion es muy buena. Cerca de la playa y de la zona de locales (chiringuitos, restaurantes, etc.)
El desayuno es tipo buffet. No esta mal, pero los hay mejores. La piscina esta bien aunque es algo pequeña.
El personal fue muy amable en todo momento
En la rejilla de aire de la habitacion, faltaba la pieza (filtro) que va por dentro y que evita por ejemplo, que se vea el interior.
Mi pareja estuvo con miedo todos los dias de que entrara algun "bicho" ademas de quejarse por mal olor. He de reconocer que no vimos ningun "bicho" y que el mal olor fue durante el primer dia solamente, quizás debido a estar mucho tiempo cerrada la habitacion.
El precio algo caro para el hotel que es pero, imagino que las circunstancias (finales de julio, mucha gente en San Juan...) disparan el precio
