Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location a few minutes to the amazing San Juan beach and some local bars and restaurants, and easy access to Alicante city by tram. Rooms clean and the twin/double with terrace are large. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Have stayed here several times and will continue to do so and recommend it.

Cons:

The rooms could do with a fridge. I think charging (even a small charge) for using the safe in each room is a bit strange. The walls are better than in many hotels but sensitive sleepers may sometimes hear neighbours (and slamming of doors)

I liked the room looking on to the swimming pool and beach beautiful sunrise in the morning. also having a tray of breakfast up in my room. Everyone helpful and good service three course dinner at night great value €19 and a drink for half price €3. Friendly and delicious meals not the same choice each night. they have a beautiful pool. Cleaning staff cleaned and refreshed towels and toilet paper each day Yes nice atmosphere.

Beliggenheten. Fin utsikt. Rent og pent på hotellet. Flott personale. Basseng og restaurant på hotellet.

Cons:

Eldre tv som man ikke kunne streame Netflix på. At det ikke var kjøleskap på rommet.

Sehr schlecht, das kaum Urlaub gewesen nur Horror für uns.
Pros:

HP gehabt, Fühstück passt, Abendessen in Bar, weil Restourant geschlossen gewesen. Menü nur Spanisch und Englisch.
Personal spricht und versteht kaum Deutsch, keine Deutsche TV - Sendung. Uns wurde nichts gafallen , leider aber nie wieder Alicante Hotel Castilla.

Cons:

Sehr enteuscht, alles sehr schlecht, Kein Deutsche sender in TV. Personal versteht nichts Deutsch, Menü nur Spanisch und Englisch. Bei Halpension Abenessen in Bar. Restourant ständick geschloßen, Abends essen Menü ganze woche.
Leider nie wieder Hotel Castilla.
( Für Suppe selber Bezahllt) Gast darf auswehllen- Suppe, Salate und warm gericht. Aber für ein ferich selber zahllen.
in Pres sind 2 Suppe und Salate oder Salate und Fisch.

Estupendo hotel en San Juan: limpieza y ubicacion
Pros:

Hotel centrico a mano de todos los servicios y la ubicacion perfecta para pasar unos dias de vacaciones junto a la playa y el paseo maritimo

Pros:

Parcheggio per moto a pagamento ma chiuso e con posti al coperto se liberi. Stanza un po' ordinaria ma funzionale. Colazione ottima.

Très bon emplacement sur le Cap, proche de la plage et des transports publics.

Cons:

Très mauvaise insonorisation dans les chambres. J'ai dû demander un voisin qui visionnait des vidéos sur son balcon tard le soir de baisser le volume car j'entendais le bruit à travers la porte de balcon fermée. Cela a mené à une conversation désagréable avec ce type. Vers 3 h du matin j'entendais la télé dans une autre chambre. Quand ils se douchaient, j'entendais l'eau tomber comme si c'était dans ma chambre.
