El ascensor que no funcionaba bien y nos pusieron dos camas individuales en lugar de una de matrimonio pero por decir algo.

The hotel was conveniently located for the beach and eateries
It was a shame there was only one lift working. It wasn’t repaired still on the eighteenth of September.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Castilla Alicante.
Our room was great, with a lovely view over the pool and the sea in the distance.
We also had a beautiful, spacious terrace, which we really enjoyed. Comfy beds too!
The room was cleaned every day and everything was kept very clean throughout our stay.
The staff at reception were always extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The location is excellent – just a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach, with plenty of local cafés and restaurants nearby.
The tram stops are also only a short walk away, making it very easy to get into the centre of Alicante or travel further along the coast to places like Benidorm and Altea.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely choose Hotel Castilla again when visiting Alicante!

Na večeru bol výber iba z dvoch jedál, iba mäso a ryba vo forme menu, očakávali sme švédske stoly. Jedlo bolo nedochutené a polosurové, hamburger bol strašný, viď.foto. Stále vypadávala wifi a kazili sa výťahy. Na izbe dva dni nedoplnili toaletný papier a chýbala kefa na toaletu. Klimatizáciu sme cítili minimálne, aj keď bola nastavená na najvyššom stupni. Na všetkom šetrili.
Szép kívül, belül a szálloda. Közel a part és a busz, villamos. Hangulatos, nagyméretü, tiszta medence, napozóágyakkal. Nagy erkély. A vacsora 3 fogásos, menüválasztásos, a séf kitűnő.
Kettő lift volt, ebből csak egy üzemelt. Sokat kellett várni, ezért inkább a lépcsőt használtuk. 3. emeleten voltunk, nem jelentett nekünk gondot, de 8 emeletes az épület.
