Pros:

Room wasn't ready. Booked two singles got a double. Mouse trap beside bed.no coffee or tea condiments Limited.pool area was clean but the pool had thick green algae. 2x hand towels no bath towels.staff were very polite and helpful. But we had to wait for the bed to be separated and re dressed and had to ask twice for towels to wash after our long journey. Breakfast was amazing staff were super helpful and polite.

Cons:

Area was beautiful the gardens were beautiful and relaxing. Close to shops beech and restaurants. Very quiet area slept great in the beds were soo comfy.

Pros:

Den gamle stil. Dejlig seng.

Cons:

Det fremgik ikke tydeligt at pladserne ved morgenbuffeten var reserverede. Så os er ikke var på et ophold faktisk ikke rigtig kunne finde plads. vinduerne på værelset havde set bedre dage.

For the price and place it was really good. Just clean the room a little more.
Pros:

The staff was really kind and very professional. Both the reception and the breakfast crew were top notch.

Cons:

The room requires a small renovation and slightly more care towards cleaning. Curtains had spots, window frame was very dusty as well.

A very comfortable and cozy hotel, well positioned for the town centre, I highly recommend it.
Pros:

A very comfortable, cozy room, perfect for a single traveller. Close to the town centre and not too far from the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was well kept, tidy and clean and was excellent value for the price.

Cons:

I don't think you could have done much better at twice the price, so really there's nothing that I didn't like.

Great Hotel at affordable price
Pros:

I had the pleasure to stay at The Norfolk Royale hotel Bournemouth for 4 nights recently on a B&B basis.

The hotel has had a new management team within the last 12 months, the communication and customer service for what I would deem to be a top end budget/mid range price hotel was excellent.

All the staff are friendly and focused on delivering a great guest experience.

The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from the town centre where there is ample restaurant and sufficient nightlife options for all tastes. The beach/pier is approx 10 minutes walk from the hotel through the delightful park gardens.

The bedrooms are larger than the average hotel rooms I have stayed in previously and are serviced on a daily basis, some rooms have the luxury of a bath and shower and all ensuites are a good size.

Although I stayed on B&B basis the hotel does offer evening meals for those that wish to book this.

The breakfast had the full range from fresh fruit and juice, cereal, toast and full English cooked breakfast.

Reception also offers a packed lunch/meal deal option at a very reasonable price.

The hotel has a fully licenced bar and offers entertainment in the evenings in the form of a different singer/DJ in the function room each night.

There is a smallish pool and jacuzzi, the pool is ideal for family splash time as opposed to lane swimming.

There is on site secure parking at an additional charge (slightly cheaper if booked online before arrival), which I recommend as there is very limited free street parking in the area.

I would recommend this hotel and I hope to return over the course of the summer.
