Sehr hundefreundliches Hotel. Sehr schöner Hundepark mit verschiedenen Aktivitäten.
Sehr tolles Essen. Grossteils sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war es gefühlte 50° C. Lüften war unmöglich, da die einzigen Fenster auf der Sonnenseite waren. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass Problem sei bekannt und wir bekamen sofort ein anderes Zimmer. Es fragt sich, wieso man überhaupt einen Gast in so einem Zimmer unterbringen will?!
Am Buffet wimmelte es von Fliegen. Ein einfacher Ventilator könnte das Problem minimieren.

Sehr schön, aber richtig Wohlfühlen geht anders

Schönes Haus, sehr gute Lage mit Blick auf die Berge, groẞes Zimmer. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade kostenlos. Schöner Pool mit Naturbadeteich, tolles Essen.

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage, es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Die Gemütlichkeit geht bei zu viel Business verloren. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, korrekt aber nicht herzlich. Die Latte Macchiato während des Frühstücks bei HP musste bezahlt werden? 4 Sterne Plus?

Dieses Hotel erfüllt höchste Ansprüche und heisst auch Hunde herzlich willkommen.
Pros:

Grosszügige Zimmer mit viel Platz und praktischen Schränken. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Beim Eingang stehen Tücher zum Trocknen von nassen Hundepfoten zur Verfügung. Die Saunen sind hell und duften natürlich. Feines kreatives Essen mit viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten und Abwechslung. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und werden wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Ausstattung trotz vielen Hotelgästen sehr angenehm. Sehr gutes Essen, immer frisch etc.

Der Service war sehr gut. Das Restaurant außergewöhnlich.

Cons:

Bei einem Einzelzimmer gibt es eine Tür zu einem anderen gebuchten Zimmer. Dadurch ist die Geräuschdämmung nicht ausreichend gegeben.
