Estaba bien unicado. El desayuno era correcto.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos a la habitación estaba encendido el sistema de refrigeración y hacia un ruido poco soportable. Lo comuniqué a recepción, la recepcionista subió a la habitación y comprobó el ruido que emitía. Nos dijo que esto ocurría siempre en las habitaciones de la primera planta. Le pedimos que por favor nos cambiara a otra planta donde no se produjera ese ruido. Nos dijo que iba a ver si quedaban habitas libres en otras plantas. Al cabo de media hora nos comunica que no le queda ninguna habitación de la misma categoría, que solo le quedaba una suite o una habitación triple, que nos podía cambiar, pero que teníamos que abonar la diferencia. Le dijimos que no íbamos a pagar más para paliar un problema del mal funcionamiento de su sistema de refrigeración. Diciéndonos que en ese caso o soportábamos el ruido si queríamos tener el aire acondicionado encendido o lo apagábamos y así no tendríamos ni aire acondicionado, ni ruido. Me parece intolerable que el establecimiento pretenda que el cliente subsane el mal funcionamiento de las instalaciones pagando más o que se vea en la obligación de verse privado de aire acondicionado por esta deficiencia cuya responsabilidad compete exclusivamente al hotel. Yo he cumplido mi obligación contractual pagando el precio del servicio, ustedes no han cumplido con la suya.

Cons:

Tanten i receptionen var nonchalant mot kunden. Babblade länge i telefonen. När jag frågade om lite vatten att fylla i min cykel lunga skulle hon ha 3€ för detta, det kallar jag sniket.

La ubicación junto a la plaza del Torico. La atención por parte del personal de la recepción. La habitación (036) amplia y la cama confortable.
