Worst hotel in Santander don’t go there.

The hotel had no water from 10 pm to 12 pm next day. We requested refund for the day and have been denied which is irresponsible.

Lo único que me gustó fue la localización

Cons:

La pésima organización de la recepción. Un señor que no se enteraba a nuestra llegada de hacer bien el chef-in, una señorita que al llegar por la noche a dormir nos informa que no tenemos agua, que en 3 horas se arreglaría. Nuestra sorpresa levantarse por la mañana a las 9 y seguir con dicha avería. No pudimos ducharnos, no nos devolvieron el dinero de dicha estancia y encima al salir cuando les recordamos dicha avería la señora de la recepción nos mira con cara de enfado al decirle que eso fue pésimo el tener que estar en una estancia en dichas condiciones. No volvería ni loca a alojarme en dicho hotel.

Un enchufe en la habitación solo en el baño la TV más pequeña k una table y no es coña …la cisterna no funcionaba había k apretar y apretar el botón para k descargara agua ..muy ruidoso, muy viejo en general !!!
