Stunning hotel with stunning outlook
Pros:

Lovely hotel on a stunning beach. Staff are lovely and very helpful and the food is high quality. Beds are very comfortable and i recommend a sea view room if you can. I am already looking to rebook for august.

Sehr gutes Hotel und jederzeit gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt. Mit Sandstrand und dennoch in Stadtnähe. Wer gerne Palma besucht und dennoch nicht auf das Meer verzichten möchte, ist im Nixe am richtigen Ort. Das Stadtzentrum von Palma ist schnell erreichbar.

Cons:

Auch im Nixe gibt es leider die mühsamen Gäste, die mit ihren Badetüchern schon früh am Morgen die Liegen besetzen. Es ist nicht fair gegenüber allen anderen Gästen die vielleicht auch eine Liege benutzen möchten.

Disappointing visit.
Pros:

We are astonished that this hotel has 5 stars. It is located in the middle of a run down town with very little to offer. There wasn’t too much of an atmosphere to the hotel. The staff seemed to show little interest in some of the issues that went on. The rooms were nothing special and seemed like a Premier Inn in size and very expensive. We didn’t believe they were value for money. On the whole, we felt the cleanliness was dealt with round the pool when people were out there. It would seem more sense to have it cleaned the night before. One morning there was vomit around the pool and cigarette butts all over the floor. The noise level was unbearable on a couple of days when a large group descended for a wedding. They crammed the very small pool and were drinking and smoking giving no consideration to others. Management were informed but the bar staff seemed to show little interest. The sun beds around the pool were extremely crammed in which was not acceptable in my view. Smoking was taking place all round the outside spaces of the hotel which I think should be flagged up. The access to the beach was not fully explained before our arrival and was 49 steps down and 49 back. All it mentioned was that access was an issue with no more explanation. The breakfast was very disappointing with warm milk and juices. Some of the staff seemed totally disinterested with the problems and some food was served cold.

Pros:

Objekat je izvrstan, sa raznovrsnim sadrzajem, parkingom ukoliko dolazite kolima, hotel ima izlazak na prelepu pescanu plazu. Hrana izvrsna i raznovrsna.
Osoblje, jako ljubazno i srdacno. Od momaka koji cekaju na ulazu, odvoze vam stvari, preuzimaju vozilo, dama koje rade na recepciji, konobara, kuvara, spremacica, menadzera, mi imamo samo reci hvale, da je zaista sve izvrsno i zasluzuje samo ocenu 10❤️ I jedno je sigurno, vraticemo se opet sa velikim zadovoljstvom!🙏🍀❤️🌸 Pozdrav iz Srbije!🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸 Porodica Aleksic-Zivkovic
