Pros:

Proximity to noosa marathon start line. Breakfast for competitors, cute. Sparkling on arrival.
New interior was lovely, rooms spacious.
Valet very very good, lovely kind people offering drinks and packing the car.
Head of restaurant was lovely and Friday host was amazing accommodating a table of six.

Cons:

Offering to help but not being able to make spa or restaurant bookings. Then continuing to offer help?? But not helping.
Breakfast a little over priced at $65 per head.

Pillows, so so soft but not clear signage on pillow menu. They actually have 7+

Can't be helped but children everywhere?!

Luxury meets beach life with everything there but the option to retreat to an exceptional space
Pros:

loved my room but had no idea it was the marathon so woken at 3am by set up trucks on the Saturday, and rubbish trucks on the Sunday - view of the carpark not so great for the money I paid for the room but the room itself was exceptional - service was unreal and I will be back for another visit for sure but on the beach side with a much better view.

the carpark view and the early morning wake ups with trucks

10/10 Stay at Elysium Noosa
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Elysium Noosa. The recent renovation has been done beautifully — modern, elegant and incredibly tasteful throughout. The facilities are fantastic and the rooms feel luxurious yet relaxed.

What stood out most was the exceptional service from the reception team and staff, who were warm, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay feel special and unforgettable.

Our room was spotlessly clean with beautiful ocean views and we loved the special touches - welcome drink on arrival and turn down service etc. The room was quiet despite being right on Hastings St. We had a fantastic dinner at Cibaria and breakfast from the in-room dining menu was delicious.

A special mention to the General Manager, Connor, and the entire team for creating such a welcoming experience. Elysium Noosa is a standout and we will definitely return.

Have been coming to the hotel for 30 years. Now in best shape ever
Pros:

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Great pool and plenty of towels. Closeness to some wonderful Restaurants

Cons:

Beds not very comfortable, Mattress too hard. Daily room service was thorough but often service was provided late in terms of morning or early afternoon

The staff made up for little problems.
Pros:

All staff were excellent.

Cons:

The toilet seat was broken.
Unfortunately, the wind prevented us from using the balcony. This wasn’t the fault of the hotel.
We found the bed too firm.

Pros:

Recently renovated in true Noosa style. Spacious rooms. Great experience from checking to checkout. Valet team, reception, concierge, room service, pool tea, dining in, ALL staff professional, welcoming, and nothing was a problem.

Great location, great staff,
Pros:

The doorman was amazing
He helped me with my luggage beautifully- nothing was a problem for him

The reception staff were very welcoming

Cons:

The bed was way too soft - I woke with such a sore back
The aircon didn’t stay cooling all night - we all were sweating through the night and could barely sleep
