Overall, good value, but needs to work on customer service and kindness!
Pros:

Convenient and value.

Cons:

They refused to accommodate a request for a first floor room. Difficult to bring luggage up two flights of stairs. Attitude of person checking us in needs some work. Not sure if I would stay here again!

Great value and very clean rooms
Pros:

We loved our room since it had a lower bathtub and we could get into it much easier than the normal tub. The room was also very clean.
The breakfast choices were perfect for getting us back on the road.

Cons:

We had to stay an extra night because my husband was in the hospital. The charge for the extra night was considerably more than the previous nights. One thing I hate is motels that turn off keys before checkout time meaning you have to leave the door open if it takes more than one trip to carry items out to your car.

Nice place. Needs quiet hours to start at 10 PM.

A group of young men congregated right outside the main doorway for at least 2.5 hours. They were very loud and did not quiet down until 11:50 PM. Apparently this hotel doesn’t have quiet hours?

Good stay I recommend it
Pros:

Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful too. I say helpful because they personally walked us to the breakfast room when we got lost. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they need to do something about the door seals, I think it was the main cause we were hearing so much noise from the hallway the first night we stayed. You could see light through the sides and it sounded like the people outside and even the ice machine was inside our room instead of outside it! As a contractor myself I would recommend better door seals. So that could be improved, but it was a nice clean and pleasant stay otherwise.
