Si hablamos de la ubicación del Hotel, tengo que decir que esta muy cerca de una zona muy peligrosa, esta absolutamente lejos de todo, y del hotel tengo que decir que me pareció sucio, los baños eran muy desagradables, los cuartos con polvo
Viejo, al parecer por ahí no pasaron una aspiradora por mucho tiempo. No volvería a este sitio jamas.
Camera spaziosissima, silenziosa, pulita, a disposizione capsule per caffè Nespresso. Letto King size comodo, bagno grande con doccia e vasca separate e 2 lavandini. Accogliente zona bar all'ingresso.
Metropolitana Linea M7 a circa 300 metri. Possibilità di fare pranzo e cena a buffet, ottima soluzione.
Posizione in una via con molti negozi ma la zona molto popolare. Colazione dolce e salata sufficiente.

One staff member was a bit rude as I didn’t speak much French and had a few questions to ask but all other staff were extremely friendly

Chambre mal nettoyée avec des cheveux dans la douche et le tapis de bain qui était mouillé à notre arrivée dans la chambre.

Good price, close to metro and next to a supermarket, beautifully designed hotel. I got a room that I asked for.
No fridge, not enough light in the room, very small shower box/bathroom. The location is many metro stops from the main sites, but it didn't bother me. And very important thing (I am a traveller who stays at ca 50 hotels per year): Some staff members should be send to "costumer service school", learn for example how to use their face expression with a welcoming smile, instead of looking at their guests upside down with a frown at check-in, like their new guests are not supposed to be there. Not a good first impression for the hotel. This set the tone for my whole stay and I always became nervous when I had to talk to the receptionists, there were also so many of them, that it was hard to make a connection. All guests deserve a warm smile when they arrive after a long journey. Especially people who travel solo. Some should also learn how to understand the French language spoken by foreigners - their guests, and stop making them feel like idiots when they speak perfectly fine and understandable French (after living and working in Paris, with a university degree in the French language), when asking for information at the reception during their stay. This kind of arrogance put this stay down to 8, I would have given the hotel 10. But on the good side, when I was leaving, there was a very nice lady at the reception (blonde hair with a big smile), who ordered a taxi for the airport for me and had no problem with French spoken by others then Parisians. I hope you take my comments into consideration, because I might want to come back, thank you :-)

The breakfast was amazing! Best breakfast I’ve ever had, the selection & quality of food was amazing! I like how it’s in between two metro stops which made it easier to get to central Paris.
I don’t really dislike anything everything was quite nice, the breakfast just really stuck out as the best part honestly so everything else was alright, nothing stuck out as bad.
