Over priced for very average facilities. Access card sometimes didn’t work. Some staff were not helpful.
Location was perfect. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Room inside was comfortable.

Very centrally located in the old city of Sevilla. Surrounded by dozens of restaurants, shops, tapas bars, and tourist attractions. It's just a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar. This hotel had the best air conditioning of any hotel that we stayed in within the Andalucia region.

Breakfast excellent
Taxi to and from hotel very efficient.
Staff friendly
Shower had to be used by trial and error - there were no markings to guide; in the event water became hotter only as knob turned further. A seat and something to hold on to for unsteady user would have made it safer.
Persistent for hours during day banging noise from floor above (not part of hotel) made resting impossible; maybe building work?
