Decent but has to do better
Pros:

The staff was friendly, my stay was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was a little dirty, there was hair on our sheets the bathroom had graffiti on it. Our blankets were stained so we did not use them. And I hate that there were no shampoo or lotion bottles. Before they would at least provide a small shampoo, conditioner and lotion, now all you get is a shampoo/conditioner packet! A packet that's all! And also the iron did not work too good, I understand it's not obligatory to provide an iron or an ironing board but it's a staple in hotel stays and it would be appreciated to have a working iron.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

The room smelled, the AC was not working. It is not family friendly at all. Staff was not helpful or willing to help.

TV and Wake up call was disappointing.
Pros:

Mostly worked well

Cons:

The cc on the TV acted up sometimes and filled the screen.
I did NOT get my wake up call.

All rooms need a good mop
Pros:

The room was fine

Cons:

The floor need to be mop cus i wip up some water and the napkin was black and it was just water so I look closer at the floor and yes it needed a good mop
