According to Colombian tax laws, foreign visitors and Colombian citizens residing abroad are exempt from the 19% VAT upon receiving entry stamp to Colombia which confirms your stay in the country for up to ninety (90) calendar days and has the PT stamp or the current temporary visa type "V". This exemption applies for accommodations only, does not include other services and the invoice is generated in the name of the passport and reservation holder.
The permit must be presented upon arrival where the original passport must be provided and a copy of the data sheet and the stamp sheet will be taken. Guests are reminded to request a stamp from immigration upon arrival even if they enter through biometrics.
Airport transfer service is available upon request.
For reservations of three or more rooms, additional policies and charges will apply.
To ensure the safety and quality of the experience for all guests, visitors must register during the check-in process.
If the visitors are not present during check-in, their personal information must be provided for pre-registration. Failure to register this information on time will result in a nonrefundable charge.
In compliance with Colombian Law 2068 of 2020, visitors may only register with official identification: ID card for Colombian nationals and passport for foreign visitors. Each visitor must sign the hotel registration form. It is important to inform the reception when a visitor leaves the hotel; otherwise, the charge for their stay will be applied for the remaining nights, and refunds will not be processed.
Additional unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of USD 99. This value must be paid before accessing the room and is charged per person, per day.
Guests must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
If a credit card is not available, a cash deposit of USD 300 per night or USD 100 will be required.
Cash deposits will be returned upon check-out.
Please note that extra beds, sofa beds, and cribs are available upon request and subject to availability.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Everything. Secure, attentive staff and always ready to help.
The hot water was great, but once in a while you'll get an extra hot shower. Even if you put it in the middle, temperature can change(to really hot). For the rest I have no complaints, my stay was absolutely wonderful.

I was disappointed that I couldn't access the 18th floor restaurant because I can't climb the many stairs required.
Also I found the breakfast bufet ordinary - not spectacular. The crossaints weren't fresh, the food was "oklay" but not something that was a "wow."

Area of the pool is spectacular just as in the photos.
Rooms are a bit dated and the bed is extremely soft. The sink did not have warm water but the shower did have hot water. The gym is outdated and not adequately serviced. However cardio equipment is beautifully located outside in the shade, with a spectacular pool view.
The part that we did not like was breakfast- inadequate quality (sugary or oily foods, relatively little choice).
A taxi in front of the hotel would not use a taxi meter for a ride within the city although that was promised at the start of the ride. We ended up paying an elevated price.

La cama podría mejorar; al ser muy blanda, puede pasar factura en la espalda luego de varios días de estadía.
La mañana nublada del jueves 23 de julio en el desayuno en la terraza estaba oscuro y se le pidió al mesero y al que sirve los cafés que por favor prendiera las luces a lo que respondieron ambos en momentos distintos que el gerente dio la orden de mantenerlos apagados a partir de las 6:00 am. No hubo manera de insistirles, porque no se entiende que el huésped tenga que desayunar a una muy baja iluminación. Es el colmo.
