very enjoyable stay, with attentive staff.
Pros:

My room was located on 4th floor however, I am a light sleeper and sadly workmen work me up 7.15am. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful.

Good Location
Pros:

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is in a very good location and there was a nice view of the castle from our window. Room, although quite small, was very clean. There was a coffee pod machine and kettle and plenty of assorted teabags and milk. Still and sparking water was also provided. The ensuite was clean and toiletries were nice. Unfortunately, we found the bed a little hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good - plenty of choice and good value. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel but had drinks at the bar - staff were very friendly.

Very Average
Pros:

Location was very good, and central.

Restaurants and shopping area nearby.

Hotel was opposite the train station, and bus stop within walking distance.

Cons:

The overall staff efficiency was not good, as at check in the room wasn't ready, the check in staff was very abrupt and said 'your room is not ready you have to wait, We were told to wait 00:30 minutes and 00:40 minutes later I checked the room was still not ready, and were made to wait. As a compensation we were given a 3 complimentary drinks at the bar , which we did not avail.

The room phone was unserviceable, after complaining 4 times on a daily basis, where the receptionist would note the room number and apologize promising to get it fixed it wasn't. So we just gave up.

The shower pressure was far from satisfactory, however decided not to complain, since the hotel didn't care.

אנחנו לקוחות נאמנים של רשת לאונרדו, החודש שהינו פעמיים במלון הזה.
השהות עליה אני כותבת היתה למשך 2 לילות. בחדר 411. בוקינג הציעו לנו לשדרג את החדר לאחד עם מזגן. ואז נזכרנו שכל החדרים ממוזגים. לא אהבנו את העניין. בנוסף, בסמוך למלון נערכו שיפוצים ושני טרקטורים העמיסו אבנים תחת חלוננו שפנה לכביש החל מ 7 בבוקר ועד 18:00. היה רעש בלתי פוסק והחלונות אינם אטומים מספיק. גם כל רכבת בתחנה העמוסה וויברלי, שומעים בחדר. קשה היה לישון ככה. זה פגם בהנאה.
המלון מאוד עמוס ולנו אישית זה פגם בהנאה.

موقعه قريب من السنتر والخدمات ومحطة القطار والنظافه ممتازه

حاولت تسجيل دخول مبكر ورفضو رفض تام وانتظرت 6 ساعات لحين الدخول
الغرفه ضيقه جدا عكس الصور
لايوجد شطاف
لايوجد اي ادوات عنايه شخصيه في دورة المياه ولامناديل في الغرفه
الشباك مغلق لايوجد تهويه نهائيا
التلفون خربان لمدة الاقامه ثلاثه ايام
لايوجد عربه وعامل يشيل الشنط
حقيقه ملاحظات كثير ولكن هذي اللي اتذكرها يشفع له فقط موقعه مميز
