The male receptionist was extremely friendly and always so welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was central so it was easy access to many tourist attractions.

Great location near Waverley Station and cafes around the corner, Gin bar across the road. The ability to buy cold drinks and snacks in the foyer, shower was great as well.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is situated very close to the Royal Mije which was great. Lovely room with quality linen on bed, good towels. Great breakfast with lots of choices.

Cons:

On the first morning in the dining room dirty dishes were left on our table for quite a while and I had to go to one of the staff to request clean cutlery. Also my bed wasn’t made in the second day which was disappointing.

Pros:

Excelente para conocer la ciudad. A pasos de la estación de tren. No conocía la ciudad previamente; por lo que pensaba que al estar cerca de la estación sería muy ruidosa. Pero nada más lejano. La disposición de la ciudad es tal; que aunque la estación está a 3 cuadras parecería estar a 20. No sé escucha nada de ruido.
Muy atento el personal. Volvería a ir.
