Empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, geräumiges Zimmer und großes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und dazu noch eine Badewanne.
Das ganze Hotel ist geräumig und ansprechend.
Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück, auch für Veganer mal was dabei ;-)

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende großartig, hervor zu heben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, toll dass es noch Hotels gibt, die trotz der Größe so persönlich arbeiten wie in einem Familienbetrieb.

快適な三日間をありがとう。
Pros:

部屋は広く快適に過ごせた。動物園の駅まで歩いて数分、ベルリンの主要観光エリアから離れているがベルリンの街のことが良く理解できた。ミッテ地区に泊まるよりもベルリンの生活が感じられてよかった。日本人スタッフが居て他のスタッフも日本人への対応が丁寧でいろいろと助けられた。朝食も種類が豊富で楽しみにひとつでした。玄関前にスーパーマーケットがあり大変便利でした。

Cons:

ロケーションかも知れませんが、街全体を観るにはよかったと思っていて今後の予約時の場所の選定の参考にしたい。

Pros:

Great location, very spacious rooms, decent gym and sauna, great value for money (at €100/night w/o breakfast)

This stay really did feel like ‘coming home’ and ‘being at home’. I highly recommend it.
Pros:

If I were to visit Berlin again (whether on my own or with my family), I would definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel’s location was very convenient for us. We chose it because it was close to Berlin Zoo. There are also excellent transport links to the whole city from the hotel – within a 200–500-metre radius, there’s a wide choice of underground lines to every part of the city. It was also possible to take the S-9 train DIRECTLY to the airport from the station 500 metres away (a one-hour journey with no changes).

The hotel was quiet and cosy. Nearby, there’s a charming neighbourhood, shopping centres, restaurants, sights and authentic Berlin.

The breakfast spread was very generous. A wide selection of classic dishes, but plenty of healthy options too – fruit, vegetables and salads. Omelettes and fried eggs made to order! A spacious dining room and friendly, smiling staff.

Cons:

I couldn’t stay at the hotel any longer :) I read later that the hotel also had a small spa.
