posizione e confort

Cons:

abbiamo pagato 257 euro piu 11 euro di parcheggio
invece il prezzo della prenotazione booking era 215 euro, parcheggio escluso
purtroppo me ne sono reso conto solo alla sucessiva destinazione e avevo pagato in contanti

La non communication sur la situation suite à l'alarme incendie à 23h30, tous en pyjamas à l'exterieur, aucun personnel, et quand il est revenu aucune information donnee, nous sommes tous retournes dans nos chambres

Pros:

La chambre était très bien, le lit très confortable et c'était propre . Le réceptionniste Mohamed était super gentil et nous a bien renseigné et conseillé.

Cons:

Je n'en dirais pas autant de la dame qui était dans le bureau porte ouvert derrière. Très correcte nous avons dit bonjour...pas un mot pas un sourire pas un regard, bof bof ... 😅

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Le personnel tres professionel, chambre spacieuse tres confortabe, salle du petit déjeuner tres agréable avec un large choix de nourriture, proche du centre ville et des restaurants, places de parking gratuites à proximité. Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Si tous les hotels pouvaient être comme celui ci !!! Top !!!

Colazione buona.
Possibilità di parcheggio in strada gratuito (siamo stati fortunati a trovarlo)

Cons:

Distante dal centro di Tours circa mezz'ora a piedi, consiglio di muoversi in Uber o taxi.

Gute Lage, mittlere Ausstattung.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und die Innenstadt sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist OK. Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, das Bad mit basic-Ausstattung. Im Zimmer stört ein großes beleuchtetes Bild über dem Bild, wenn man z.B. im Bett im Sitzen lesen möchte. Anlehnen ist nicht möglich. Blick raus auf die Straße mit sogar einem Mini-Balkon, der aber sehr dreckig war.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist für lange und breite Autos nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Ansonsten natürlich gut, da sie direkt unter dem Hotel ist. Eingangsbereich des Hotesl und Frühstücksbereich sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
