Cons:

Petit-déjeuner décevant. Les prix grimpent, on finit par payer un petit-déjeuner presque au prix d’un restaurant, mais le choix reste très limité. C’est vraiment dommage, car à ce tarif, on s’attend à quelque chose de bien plus complet.

Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, the modern décor made it feel fresh and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief. Its convenient location made getting around effortless. Considering the quality of the rooms and the service, it offers outstanding value for money.

Pas à la hauteur de la marque Kyriad

J'ai changé d'hôtel au dernier moment pour avoir la climatisation en pleine vague de chaleur. J'avais initialement pris une chambre "studio", j'apprends sur place que la chambre n'est pas au sein de l'hôtel mais dans l'immeuble à côté de l'hôtel. (entrée différente de l'hôtel). Je découvre alors un vieil appartement, au sein duquel une chambre est décorée par l'hôtel. Il ne s'agit pas d'une prestation hotellière mais d'une forme de airbnb géré par l'hôtel, plutôt bas de gamme et peu entretenu (toiles d'araignées). Après demande j'ai changé de chambre, 30,6 degrés dans la chambre, pas d'effet sur le thermostat, robinet bouché et moisissures dans la baignoire. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, qui, de plus est excentré du centre et de la gare

Pros:

Chambre super, literie confortable, propreté nickel et petit-déjeuner avec large choix de sucré et de salé. Nous avons été très très bien accueillies, toute l'équipe a été vraiment super (réception, entretien et directrice) ! Merci beaucoup

Cons:

La climatisation qui est tombée en panne une matinée mais l'hôtel était quasiment complet, tout le monde forçait dessus et c'était fin juin 2026 (vague de canicule record). Bonne réactivité de l'établissement, la climatisation a été remise un peu avant midi.
