Pros:

Friendly staff, tidy roomma and good location. Very accommodating with the booking made within 20 minutes of arrival.

Cons:

The parking in the garage is very restricted. It is not suitable of a large or low vehicle.

TRES BIEN POUR VISITER TOURS
Pros:

Facilité de parking (payant/11€). Accueil sympathique et personnel réactif. Nous avons occupé un studio très spacieux et bien équipé faisant partie du même bâtiment que l'hôtel proprement dit. L'hôtel est bien situé pour la découverte de Tours (10 à 15 minutes de marche pour l'Office du Tourisme)

Cons:

La salle de déjeûner mériterait un rafraichissement (peinture, décoration,...) ainsi qu'un personnel plus sympathique et discret (ramassage de la vaisselle très bruyant)

Pros:

Location was good, a bit out of the city center. Paid for parking in the basement, lots of room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really nice seating areas and great room.

Great value for money for a big and comfortable place
Pros:

Huge apartment on the top floor that was well-furnished and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sunset over Tours. The bedroom was big and the air conditioner worked perfectly, which was greatly appreciated during the heatwave. The kitchen was separate and had enough cutlery. We didn't expect it to be in the private apartment side of the building, but it was convenient to access and right next to the hotel (same building but a separate lift). Staff were helpful and polite. The location was slightly out of the old town and city centre but within walking distance, and it was a convenient distance from the train station. Overall, great value for money and a comfortable stay!

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Petit déjeuner copieux et bon.
Personnel réactif et compétent.
Chambre confortable et très bien isolée.

Cons:

Durant le petit déjeuner, presse-orange très bruyant ; quand il y a du monde le bruit est permanent et c’est très désagréable si on se trouve à proximité.

Pros:

L'hotel éstà força ben situat, com que l'habitació donava al darrera no se sentia cap soroll. Els llits són molt còmodes. El lavabo i la dutxa es veien molt nous i estaven molt nets.

Cons:

La rampa d'entrada i sortida del pàrquing és una mica estreta, si teniu un vehicle gran és una mica complicat aparcar i sobrtetot pujar la rampa del segon soterrani, verifiqueu primer la mida. Com que no es pot reservar d'avançada, si quan arribeu està complet haureu d'aparcar al carrer. Cada vagada que es vol entrar al pàrquing s'ha de tocar un timbre que contacta amb recepció i per sortir també s'ha d'avisar a recepció prèviament perquè t'obrin la porta.
