The room is very clean, and so is the bathroom. The hotel is in a great location.
Check-in was showing as available from 2 pm, but I was only allowed to enter the room at 3 pm. The key to my room broke, and they were unable to fix it. Every time I left the hotel, I either had to leave the door open or go downstairs and ask a member of staff at reception to open the door for me.
I think I was just unlucky, but I felt that the hotel didn’t make much effort to resolve the problem. The breakfast was quite reasonable.

The receptionist was great! The room was ok. A bit on the small side but comfortable enough. Breakfast was a complete car crash. There was nothing left and we were there just before 9 am. There were no staff available to talk to or to replenish the food. Really poor. Also the dining room is way too small for the hotel.

Good location
Aircon in the whole hotel was broken. No fans available. Room was like a sauna and the window was not able to be opened due to the noise outside. I got no sleep. I did speak to the concierge at midnight who was able to put me into another hot room however I was able to at least open the window. Terrible, exhausting experience. I do not recommend this place.

De locatie, ontbijt, grootte kamer
Airco was kapot en zaten net in een hittegolf dus dat was niet oké. De badkamer stonk heel hard naar leidingen. Door de airco dat kapot was moesten we de ramen openzetten en was er heel veel geluid van de baan.
