Beliggenhed var ok - roligt og stille.
Dog undre det mig at skulle betale for parkering. På hotellets parkeringsplads når man har værelse

Cons:

Wellness afd var kold- swimmingpoolen var kold - intet boblebad - meget lille - og ingen “privat “ liv i omklædningen

Fint hotel , især når man er der med børn.
Rigtig god morgenmad. Der er forskellige aktivitetsmuligheder for børn . Rart med familieværelse. Og lille pool. 🙂

Cons:

Trist børnebuffet om aftenen. Billig, men trist. Pandekagerne var stive og hårde af at ligge på varmen . Var sikkert rester fra morgenbuffet.
Vinduer kunne kun åbnes på klem. Vinduer virkelig snavsede.
Vi var der i hedebølge ... Og ingen aircon.

Personalet er imøtekommende, jeg likte at det er et basseng, det er gratis, en kafé, et rom for barn, forskjellige spill

Cons:

Det var väldigt varmt, ingen luftkonditionering, ingen kyl, små rum. Rummen städas inte varje dag, vi var där i tre dagar och de städades bara vi åkte.

Bra layout på rummet i och med att det gick att dela av så att barnen fick ett rum och de vuxna ett annat.

Tydligare instruktioner kring frukost vid bokning.

Cons:

När vi bokade rummet via Booking stod det att frukost ingick i priset. När vi kom ner till frukosten på morgonen fick vi veta att så inte var fallet. Vi fick betala 165kr/person på plats. Vi kände oss lite lurade.

Trevligt boende med fantastisk frukost!
Pros:

Frukosten är fantastiskt god! Mycket att välja på och allt smakade väldigt bra. Rummen är fräscha och bekväma. Stort och rymligt. Trevlig personal.
Mycket god mat i restaurangen som vi åt i på kvällen också. Har bott här tidigare och kan tänka mig att bo här igen om jag ska till Lund.

Cons:

Poolen var alldeles för kall. Enligt personal skulle den vara 28 grader. Alla som var vid poolen vid samma tillfälle som oss hade lika svårt att gå ner i vattnet då vi upplevde det väldigt kallt. Vi nämnde det för personalen som lovade att kolla upp det.

Jag var övertygad om att jag bokat 2 rum med inkluderad frukost. Bokar aldrig andra rum. Det känns som falsk marknadsföring! Blev det något fel när jag avbokade (avkortade) vistelsen med en dag en vecka före ankomsten?
Vi blev mycket besvikna över att behöva betala 3 ggr 179 kronor för frukosten och kommer troligen att välja ett annat hotell i fortsättningen!
