Pros:

Location was perfect, rooms were clean and comfort.

Cons:

We had no hot water every morning. Hot water only in the evening due some boiler issue.

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Olanaklar kotuydu. Kahvaltısı kotu secenek sınırlıydı, odada gardrop yoktu, mini dolap yoktu, odaları cok küçüktü. Ütü sadece koridorda mevcuttu.

Sejour trés agréable
Pros:

Le personnel adorable et trés serviable. L emplacement en plein coeur de old town.
La propreté des lieux.
Petit déjeuner complet salé/sucré.

Cons:

Bruyant la nuit dans le couloir et en extèrieur mais en plein centre ville touristique c est souvent le cas.

Great stay in Edinburgh
Pros:

Could not ask for a better location; breakfast was really nice

Cons:

Room carpet was a little dirty; ran out of hot water one of the evenings; can get a little noisy at night with the nearby pubs

Tarif excessif mais bon emplacement
Pros:

L emplacement est parfait et les chambres sont calmes

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné est sommaire, il n y a pas de frigo dans la chambre que nous avons trouvé sombre.
Les lits jumeaux sont composés d'une literie qui glisse des sommiers .
Les ascenseurs ont des boutons " réparés " avec du scotch, cela ne fait pas trop qualitatif

Disappointing. Moving with no compensation.
Pros:

We felt Hunter location in better condition more up to date small room tho’. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We were told just prior to our arrival we were moved from Hunter Square location down the street for one night. Hunter square nicer room and in better condition overall. The square was the gathering space for violent drunk drugged homeless, loud, fighting obnoxious language which went on through the night. Parked themselves there 24/7. Surprised hotel hasn’t dealt with this through city council. Bad for tourism. The hotel itself much better than first. Breakfast was good and staff nice. No compensation re the move financial or otherwise.
Disappointed by the location and having to move locations which disrupted one of our days.

Room with a window facing a dark service shaft with no view and no light. Very expensive for what we got.

Wir werden nicht nochmal dort buchen.
Pros:

Lage ist ausgezeichnet das Personal größtenteils freundlich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer zu wenig Stauraum (Schrank, Ablagemöglichkeiten).
Lage ist sehr gut, leider versammelt sich die Trinkerszene noch immer vor dem Hotel. Frühstück war qualitativ nur ausreichend.

Very central in Edinburgh and I would stay there again.
Pros:

Our experience was a great one. From the time we checked in till we left, the staff and facilities were of the highest standard. Breakfast was a great way to start the day. Lots of choice and attentive staff.

There were no downsides.

Pros:

Great location, right on the Royal Mile and close to restaurants and coffee shops. Surprisingly quiet at night.

Cons:

The bathroom door didn't fit the jamb and didn't lock. The toilet space was incredibly cramped.
