Pros:

Amazing location and very friendly staff. Might not be a bad idea to ask for an inside room or room that's not overlooking the city. Can get a little noisy at night

Great location, friendly staff, tiny rooms, too hot!

Breakfast was good and the coffee machine was wonderful.

Cons:

The room was very very small with a window looking out on a center shaft. The heat was insufferably hot the entire three night stay we were there and there is no control for the heat/cooling in the rooms.

Hotel totalmente centrico para disfrutar la ciudad.

Excelente ubicación para disfrutar la ciudad, justo en el centro de la ciudad, la habitación pequeña pero muy funcional, el desayuno es básico y sirve bastante para no buscar otro lugar para desayunar por la mañana y salir listo a recorrer la ciudad.

Location is excellent, the only dissapointment is our room was above their garbage facilities. It was very noisy as staff would empty what sounded like glass bottles several times a day.

Great location on the Royal Mile
Pros:

Location was excellent, right in the heart of the action on the Royal Mile. Walking distance to the train station and the direct bus to the airport.

Google maps will tell you to take the staircase of death when you exit the train station at Market St side, instead leave the station, turn right and take a left on Cockburn street which will take you up to the hotel. Be prepared to go uphill.

Cons:

Room was hot and stuffy. The window opened a little but it only opened to an enclosed atrium type area so it didn't really help to cool things down. No personal temperature control. No view from my room.

An expensive disappointing stay

The location of the hotel. Convenient for attractions.

Cons:

The room was very small. Beds were only 2ft 6 in wide. Should be at least 3ft wide standard single. No air conditioning. Limited storage.
Price for the room was very expensive.
