Tolle Lage, sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption.

Cons:

It was nice. Not sure about saying there again. It was just ok.
Pros:

In pigeon forge just off the main drag on the lower end. Room was nice. Plenty of hot water.

Cons:

Beds needed help. Pillows were flat. Fan in shower didn’t work. Told front desk and was fixed that day. The shower head is not made for a 6 ft tall man. AC was ok but could have been cooler

Nasty place! Don't stay here

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

The sprinklers in our room were covered in about two inches of dust. The outside of the mini fridge was nasty. The sitting area in the window had pillows and a cushion on it was all nasty. The cushion had cigarette burns in it and the pillows had something nasty looking that had been wiped all over them

Good overnight stay
Pros:

I am a repeat visitor. The staff is always friendly and are inviting. The rooms, parking lot, lobby, pool area are all super clean. Beds are soft and water is hot. Air conditioning worked wonderfully in the July heat.

Cons:

The bathroom is ridiculously small. Have to stand in the tub to have enough room to change.

Everything was excellent, clean and amazing staff.
Pros:

Price was great and it was nice and clean… only problem we had is the bed was hard and pillows were thin.. but overall we enjoyed and a great place to stay
