It was a hole in the bathroom ceiling
Very clean!
Only issue is the small bathroom.
Convenient location and always friendly/helpful staff!
I could literally walk to McDonalds for breakfast or just do a very short drive if I wanted anything else!
The bathroom door is broken on the bottom.
Outside looks nice
Smell of mothballs were horrible
Everyone was very nice and clean room
The room was tiny and the toilet ran over no one was at the hotel to clean it up or help us. In evening
The location was great. Very accessible to downtown Pigeon Forge.
I really wanted to like this hotel because my first impression was positive. The woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and from the outside, the property looked well-maintained. For the price, I thought I had found a great deal.
Unfortunately, that feeling changed as soon as I walked down the hallway. The carpet was noticeably dirty, and there was a strong musty odor that became even worse when I entered Room 144. I understand this is an older hotel, and I don’t expect luxury for $49 a night, but cleanliness is something every guest should be able to expect.
The room itself had a very strong musty smell that made it difficult to breathe comfortably. The bed appeared freshly made, but there were several stains on the sheets that looked like they had been washed but never completely came out. The carpet in the room was also sticky to walk on.
The bathroom was another disappointment. There was a dead roach smashed into the tile, and the bathroom itself felt old and unclean. After seeing that, I wasn’t comfortable enough to even consider taking a shower.
We arrived close to 11:00 p.m., so my young son and I decided to just get some sleep and leave first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, throughout the entire night we could hear something moving, scratching, and scurrying inside the wooden cabinet that housed the refrigerator and microwave. It sounded very much like a mouse or another animal, and it kept us awake for most of the night.
I left early the next morning before anyone was at the front desk because I just wanted to get out of there. While I appreciate the kindness of the front desk employee and understand this is a budget hotel, my experience did not match the many positive reviews I had read beforehand.
This was simply my personal experience, and unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
Mold in the rusty fridge, the whole room smelled moldy and was really humid. Won't be back.
Convenience
It was back away from the strip.
The front desk person was very nice and welcoming.
The room carpet was very stained and dirty. After walking back and forth a few times my socks were filthy.
The location to Dollywood was great! The place was clean and smelled nice! I had a king size bed and the room was a decent size for a couple night stay.
The beds were hard as rocks. The beds didn't even give when you laid on them. That was the only negative thing I experienced!
I like everything about the hotel
didn't like that they let people smoke weed in their rooms and we had to walk by that room and it says no smoking
Everything was good 👍 no issues or complaints great customer service
Bathrooms are small for my liking. I'm a bigger person
