Pleasant but sleep was a struggle due to bad pillows.

The property was clean and well kept.

Cons:

Our bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows were terrible. Unfortunately there was never anyone at the front desk to ask for more or different pillows. Unfortunately the front desk worker when he was there didn’t speak English well so communication was difficult. He was very pleasant but had a very thick accent so hard to understand.

Was ok

Cons:

Some of the staff were very nice, especially most of the people at the front desk. However, the cleaning staff was often very loud and their behavior sometimes felt aggressive and not very pleasant. They should be more respectful of guests and quieter around the rooms.

Also, during a tornado watch, I asked one employee where the shelter area was located, and he laughed and told me to stay in my room on the second floor. That was not professional and did not feel safe or appropriate.

Pros:

For this price, the hotel was good. The room size was nice, and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, and overall it was a good experience.

Cons:

The only negative side was that the washing and dryer machines did not accept credit cards, so I had to go outside of the hotel to do laundry.

I would stay there again.
Pros:

I was clean, and in generally quite. Breakfast was comparable to other places I have stayed

Cons:

There was never anyone at the desk, they were behind closed doors. I had to ring bell a couple of times to be able to check in.

Really nothing stood out as great

Cons:

Well the parking lot was cluttered, the security doors were broken, and there was human feces on the top of the 3rd floor all night. It was not picked up, but rather, a wet floor sign was placed over it and did not get cleaned the entire time I was there. The oder was there all night. Also. The bed was very itchy and I didn't sleep well due to lots of noise in the hallway

Nice rooms, clean, Park your car somewhere else and Uber or expect it will get broken into.
Pros:

Have stayed here many times, clean, staff is nice and helpful, weekend breakfast is good, the weekdays not so much

Cons:

Not technically the hotels fault but my truck and 3 other guests had our cars broken into.
