Cons:

Front desk didn’t seem to care if we were there or not. Just here’s your keys and elevator to your left. When we left no one was out front at the desk. I rang the bell to turn in the key. He took and threw it in the pile and went back to the office. No thanks or how’s was your stay. No copy of my bill and didn’t ask if I wanted one. Won’t stay at another one.

Desk clerk stole
Pros:

Clean and comfortable for a 2 night stay. Shopping and restaurants near by within a few blocks.

Cons:

Man who checked me in said although I paid for booking I needed to pay $50 refundable deposit. NOT a problem, all hotels do this, in fact I was suprised it was only $50. HOWEVER their card reader took Apple Pay and Tap to pay. The man would not let me use either - he said I HAVE to insert my card. (red flag). I did not argue and inserted card. I received message that it was "approved" on my end. He insisted it did not go thru and INSISTED I try again. So once again I reinserted card for a SECOND authorization that was approved again a SECOND time. So I now have 2 damage deposits on my credit card. I waited for checkout - and the hotel ONLY REFUNDED ONE deposit - not both. I have made a claim on my credit card to also remove the 2nd deposit but has not been refunded yet.
My guess is the guy who checked me in stole $50 from me by making me do the deposit twice since both were approved, both hit my card, and only 1 was refunded. Will NOT stay at Wyndham properties again. Esp this one.

Bed was not a queen size as advertised, it was a full size, hard mattress, and shower head needed replaced.
